I really don't know the necessity of this question but one thing is I'm sure you're not using any of this question or it's comment and answers for something really tangible but rather for the pleasures of asking and I will also answer for the pleasures of answering.
Just as the first responders said ad I agree with him thatvi will always prefer coins with relatively higher market cap and higher acceptance with very low transaction fees and we should all know what such coin will be which would include Bitcoin, usdt, Ethereum and the likes of them.
I was looking at your question from a different perspective and it seems you were trying to ask about other alt coins that we might we will want to see in casinos, just my opinion.

Now, I'm aware that licensed casinos are tied to payment providers, and then they mostly use whichever currency that payment provider offers
I'm sure that almost all the crypto payment providers have bitcoin in default along with some of the major cryptocurrencies like ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT. If all these are available in any casino, where's the necessity of any other coins & why even some casinos create their own shit token? I see no single reason TBH.
Casinos want another advantage by providing their casino tokens or coins. After all, users can buy them on an exchange and send them to the casino to play or use them as a tool for trading. Apart from that, several tokens are already gaining ground on exchanges and in their own casinos, offering users to stake their tokens for more rewards. But by default, bitcoin remains the option, which should be enough even if the casino still wants to add its own coin or casino token.

From my personal point of view, Doge is the best option and the coin that I would like to see in all the casinos. The transactions are fast, the fees are low and it's accepted in almost all the exchanges, so, it's a coin that has it all, and I would like to see that coin in all the casinos. I know a lot of them allow it, but not all of them.

And the second one I would like to see more in casinos is Monero, which would make gambling almost anonymous and that would be a cool feature.

I was on a crypto convention some years ago and met the guy behind the FUN token, he sold me this really good story on how they will revolutionize the casino industry once they launch fully. Now, god knows how many year later, I can still see them around, but instead of a "revolution" or "disruption", they are mostly just hovering around the industry.

Now, I'm aware that licensed casinos are tied to payment providers, and then they mostly use whichever currency that payment provider offers, but I personally would still love to see some exotic coins here and there. Something like WINk or Wagerr.

So, I wanted to ask the community in which coins would make the most sense to get implemented, which ones would you like to see more off?
If you must know, several casinos have their utility tokens all around the market, but their usage is still limited to their native casino who develop them to serve their purpose as utility tokens in their casino and even some of these tokens have a good market price, they're still limited in adoption. But when we talking about widely adopted coins like bitcoin or other actions that have fewer fees and faster transaction times we can look at dogecoin or other meme coins.

Rare cryptocurrency literally means it has low circulation and trading volume so definitely no casino will be interested in them because it will not beneficial for the casino to any extent while adding more expenses.

So they will focus on cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, ethereum or mostly traded cryptocurrency and let the development team to work of giving the better games, user experience and ultimate satisfaction instead of adding rare (useless) shitcoins.

As long as that gambling token is introduced in a serious development and it's just progressing and moving forward regardless of the market trend, especially in a bear market, that said token makes sense to implement. Gambling tokens like BFG, OWL, and FUN seem some good examples of those.

If there will be a new player, they should think of unique characteristics on that token in order to lure users.

But the question is, are these gambling tokens really necessary to implement? Transaction fees nowadays seem considered cheap and almost all altcoins associated with low transaction fees are being supported now by most crypto-gambling sites.

Fun token is used at freebitco as that is the freebitco.com native gambling site token and it is not used on any other platform.

If you ask me, Dogecoin should be available in every gambling casino for two reasons. First, it is one of the cheapest coins which suits gamblers because they can gamble with minimal amounts too. Secondly, there is a very little tx cost when it comes to dogecoin which also favors the gamblers as they often need to transfer coins in and out of gambling sites.

Usual used in casino tokens is the logical tokens that you should add in a casino.

There are different gamblers that want different characteristic in the crypto token they want to deposit, These are the following characteristic I'm thinking.
-Cheap fees
-Faster transaction
-Large volume
-Old reliable tokens
-Token availability on exchanges.

I believe that these token characteristics are the one that most gambler are considering knowing that most of it is an advantage to them. I myself will consider these things if I have a chance to choose a token to use on a new casino. It's pretty obvious that people won't use tokens that will put disadvantage to them.

I would like to see many casinos are supporting stable coin that using TRC or the other cheap network, although right now USDT in ETH network is still cheap but when the market is bullish, the fees will be high and doesn't worth it anymore.
USDT on Ethereum network could be cheap, but not as cheap as the USDT on Tron, Solana, Algorand and some other networks. I prefer to use USDT on Tron network because of the cheap fee, but the fee if compared to many unstable coins like litecoin, ripple and many others, the fee is still very higher as up to $0.8 to $1.
Any coin that has a cheaper fee would be bettee used at casinos. I always prefer to use coins that has offers affordable fees on different networks so we can save transaction fees and transact smoothly. Litecoin, XRP, and TRX are some of the good options I know. I hope that Ethereum Ethereum would focus on decreasing their high fees which have been a long-time struggle for most users.
Bitcoin transcation fee still low. it cost not more then 1-$1.5 so why we should choice  another currency like Litecoin , TRX where bitcoin is must trusted currency . Although I used to use USDT for gambling on the Tron chain a lot, now I feel comfortable using Bitcoin directly because of the low transition fee for Bitcoin. Ethereum gwei now also too low , so we can use ETH directly also

I think new casinos should add unpopular and unknown gambling providers since almost all casinos are have same providers, so the games will be same. We need something different if you to attract old gamblers to shift to new casinos aside from promotions.

Stablecoins I guess would be more prefered to avoid guilt from spending 'tokens' and especially once the market starts to recover and 'skyrocket'. I think this would just be fine except for higher market fees than with typical chains such as LTC. Well on the present I am using XRP to play on the gambling platform I am currently playing at, and so far I had no problems, but still, as I've mentioned, I'd still prefer stablecoins to be used in gambling activities.

I'm perfectly fine with all the coin types they accept at the online casinos that I use.  I of course would always prefer bitcoin above anything else but I'd also like to see coins like Monero.  I don't know how hard it would to use Monero, as that takes a bit more skill to understand and I don't know how that would work legality wise.
I respect your opinion but maybe you may also consider other cryptocurrencies because of lower transaction fees and such. Just a tip of advice.
But that is right, any token would do as long as the player himself has no problems with it.

I invested in fun token when freebitco.in started to support it, but after a few months I sold it, from what I remember remaining break even or in slight losses, but compared to having left it in Bitcoin a clear loss. This was when the market was better than now, so I imagine that now it will be worse for those who invested in the token.

So, I wanted to ask the community in which coins would make the most sense to get implemented, which ones would you like to see more off?

Screw the tokens. I only want to bet with Bitcoin, although as I understand that many people also use alts, with the top 10, including a couple of stablecoins is enough.

I don't want to support different kinds of tokens in different gambling sites. It is with proofs that many gambling tokens have lost so much value over the years. That means you are losing from gambling as well as from the tokens that you have acquired. FUN is one proof of this. It gained so much value around two years ago but then lost much of it afterwards. Aside from Bitcoin, I just prefer to just use the popular ones like Doge, LTC, XRP, and some stablecoins.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
Honestly, if a centralized, custodial online gambling casino wishes to hold Cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin or stable-coins, then I find it completely unnecessary. Decentralized gambling. Thats where we need to be looking when discussing altcoins.

Altcoins are quite volatile. One way or another, the casino is at risk. Should something bad happen to the altcoins, this will reflect poorly on the casino profit. The first and best choice of casino should be one with their own stable coin/token. One that cannot be frozen or taken away. Something you could hold in your own wallet, instead of having to put into a third party wallet which could be taken away from you at any time.  The underlying market value could be consolidated by algorithmic injection/ejection of Bitcoin.

This way, the casino is ultimately not in control of the funds. Legally, this might take some responsibility off the casino owners and remove the paranoia of people who dislike storing their funds on a centralized (gambling) platform.

Right now, I believe the options are just fine. Some casinos actually offer long list of payment methods, and more than likely, only few of them are used.
The same thing goes for me, most of the top coins that several casino accept at the moment are already good and I don't see the need to have another since my only issue when making a deposit is usually the fees plus confirmation and there are already a bunch that fixes that issue. On the other hand, casinos are also willing to add more if it means more money for them so it's not that surprising to see that some of them would accept 20+ cryptocurrencies.

to be honest, looking at the many gambling sites issuing their respective tokens I see them putting up an impossible battle. it's better to focus on providing the top cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin, BNB/BSC network, Tron network, ADA, and dogecoin) on a gambling site because these cryptocurrencies are preferred/trusted by many users.

the majority of gamblers don't want to spend money on the high fees charged to them, so I don't really like the ERC20 network on a gambling site.
Some of those gambling sites which as their own token like for example owl games, fairspin and betfury are still known in the gambling industry and I think the one that help them even became more popular is their tokens. It isn't created for nothing but with the help of their token they can add additional functions such as staking, investing, mining and many more.

Apart of it, they also have those cryptos that you mentioned there because they know that there are people who just want to gamble and are not a fan of new tokens. Meanwhile, we have whale gamblers which doesn't really care at all if they will use eth and other erc20 tokens like tether and usdc.
