If at least 50% of gamblers prefer to gamble with "fun token" or "bet money" or "fake dollars" then probably our gambling industry might not have been surviving like it is doing till now. I mean most people must be gambling with the highly valuable asset with the expectation of winning big and losing big to feed the houses for its survival. This must be the hard truth regardless of how many people here are preferring to gamble with least valued coins like dogecoin or tron.

I believe all the people are gambling with the expectation of making some big fortune out of thin air. If they are purely gambling for entertainment purpose then probably they might be switching over to video-games instead of staying in gambling. Yes, there are a lot of stimulating games are available to push adrenaline.

People stick within gambling with the expectation of hitting their luck moment at any time and by gambling with the highly valuable cryptocurrency, they are ensuring they will hit the maximum at any attempt.

The biggest issue which I found while gambling with BTC is that I sometimes gambled with higher amounts than I wanted to due to which I lost big amounts sometimes. Alternate currencies like XRP, LTC, Doge etc help avoid this confusion in my experience.

I think that only depend per individual, because in my case, regardless of the coins I used in gambling, I always consider its usd equivalent value, so a certain coin/s would not change the range of the amount I can risk when gambling, good for you it works for you.

This is the best thing to do while we gamble using crypto, we need to know how much our coin worth at the time we are gambling.
Set our bet amount using our own local currency then convert it to the crypto we use. It is what I do so far, I always set my own limit in my own local currency. Lets say my limit is $50 then I'll just convert my fiat into any coins that I want to use.

With the retreat in the price of Bitcoin, this question started to come to my mind. I personally mostly like trading with ETH. I think both liquidity and mobility are faster. However, as a result of the price decrease experienced in the previous weeks, we have seen that the balances we tried to earn are rapidly melting against the USD.

I think we need to completely separate the crypto money we buy for investment and the crypto money we use for gambling. Personally, from this point on, I will use as many USDTs as possible for gambling.
Even bitcoin's price has a low price today, i still would like to used it for gambling because i could add all of my winnings in my holdings, so that i could have a good investment if bitcoin suddenly improves its price again. The only problem if i used gambling is it requires huge fees upon withdrawing it.

Most of the gambling sites that I saw before, some of them uses bitcoin and most of them are using satoshis, it's only for the game like a dice or roulette. But in sports betting or casino they uses of course btc or altcoins. Satoshi are most, I think because it has a lower value other than the bitcoin or altcoins.

I think thats how it is supposed to be.
Either you are trading or gambling in fiats or crypto currency, you must be disciplined to set aside funds and marginalize your fundings in such a way that, gambling fee do not affect your trading fee.

It requires self disciplined and also its if an individual has a trade / gambling principle and strategy.

As far as I know, people mainly gambles using coins that are already popular on the market. The casino I visit (crypto-games.net) has users that prefer playing with bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin and then bitcoincash. Crypto-Games.net offers monthly wagering contest and you will see coins like BTC, ETH, LTC, Doge has been wagered the most and users most of the time max out their rewards on those coins. Other supported altcoins are least used over there.

I only use two cryptocurrencies. First is bitcoin, of course, Most cryptocurrency gambling sites accept bitcoin as their token to play in their gambling sites and the second one is Ripple or XRP, aside from the transaction speed ripple is also low on fees during the transfer that's why I use XRP when available on a certain gambling site.

I usually use Bitcoin in every gambling site. I always experience traffic when it comes to the transaction like when I play in Cloudbet which takes hours before it gets credit to my account. Even though there's another option for depositing, I still use bitcoin because I was already used to it that every time I will play, I will use bitcoin even without looking at its value in the market. And also I have a fixed amount of bitcoin I use when gambling so I won't exceed with my limit.

I primarily use LTC and XRP for gambling purposes while BTC is my secondary currency.

Bitcoin no matter what the situation of the market. Ups and downs, still bitcoin. I don't find a reason to gamble with any other cryptocurrency unless I'm pretty much longing for some excitement that it might bring to me.

I also gamble with LTC and Doge. There are two reasons for using this altcoins and not to bitcoins. First the transaction fee for both Litecoin and dogecoin is very less and secondly you can transfer them within seconds. There is no waiting time if you want to transfer doge coin from/to the gambling site. What is more good is that both of these altcoins are available on all good gambling sites.

I prefer to gamble with Ethereum and Litecoin rather than Bitcoin. It confirms faster and the transaction fees are lower. But since the latest big drop on the market I don't gamble with any crypto. Giving 40-50% more coins is not what I intent to do currently.
Well, that is most gamblers preferred. Perhaps through the transaction fees, you can save a little amount on it. Not just like the Bitcoin it has high fees and other gamblers did not spend their Bitcoin because they save it as an asset. More advantage if the online gambling sites has a feature of different currencies accepted, --the cryptocurrency or fiat because each of us as gamblers has different like and dislike in choosing currency in frequently gambling.

When I gamble with crypto, I prefer to use bitcoin. For me personally, it is easier to calculate the amount I will lose or win.
Example - while watching streams, I see guys betting doge, catching x120 multiplayer in plinko, winning 2300 doge. “WOW! 2300 doge! ” Someone would say, but overall this is just around 4 dollars...

Altcoins are like chips in casinos and exchange it with BTC which is what we usually withdraw but withdrawing BTC will also cost huge fees compare to withdrawing ETH.
Betting using an altcoin means you will also get an altcoin. You get what you give but if you bet BTC you will also get BTC just as it should.  If casinos does have an exchange of their own where we can turn our altcoin into BTC to withdraw I think I will be using the altcoin.  Probably EOS or ETH.

First of all, it should not be of your concern if the Bitcoin value is increasing or decreasing because you play with crypto (ETH or BTC) and should not measure it in USD. Your focus should be to increase the bitcoins and ethereum and if the value of these coins is low in USD, that should be much bother. You should keep on accumulating crypto by playing gambling and cash out in usd when the rate of btc is high.

XRP and ETH! But mostly XRP when I play at primedice, the only reason is the transaction speed, when I use bitcoin it takes 30mins++ to deposit but, when I use XRP it's instant. It's really irritating when you lose and you are gonna wait a lot of time for your deposit to be credited. The problem is not all of the gamblng websites supported XRP so I go to ETH, for example cloudbet. When I want to play live casino I go there, ETH is also have a fast transaction speed so that's it.  Smiley

It would really just vary on what you are accumulating if you do mind of always on your investment either on ETH or BTC then it would just normal for you to think always corresponding into its
USD value.

If you do have this kind of behavior then you shouldnt play gambling at all and if you do mind on using gambling as a way on accumulating more then you do just simply waste up your money
because gambling doesnt work that way.

Gamble on the amount that you do allocate for that time and dont mind any investment opportunities.

When Im playing gambling Im personally using these coins the bitcoin, ethereum and ripple that is the three mostly that I used at this moment because the gambling sites right now as we can they are accepting or the player can able to use that coins.

I really like to use that coins since in thw last few years ago upto this moment and I think I will still using the 3 coins that I tested for playing a gambling.

Every player have different coins that they use in gambling but this is one Im sure all of us use bitcoin when play a gambling.
