ADA seems likely to jump with some new partnership and more usage and then Cartesi is making some noise and is likely to catch up soon and then Band which i heard about recently probably late entry for that one

Of course ethereum could always do that but I doubt about the others. Aside from ethereum never forget Bitcoin, remember that in bullrun it is bitcoin who comes first beyond all the others which the movement is dependent on it.

Bitcoin is already pumping very high, but Ethereum does not rise in price. I think that this is a great opportunity for Ethereum can "Bull ". If that happens I am convinced that many altcoins are growing. But we have to be patient and keep waiting.
before the rise in ethereum prices, I would argue that bitcoin is the first crypto that will pump before other coins. ethereum will probably pump after that. some price increases that occurred in the past began with the increase in bitcoin prices first. 
That is easy. Popular cryptocurrency that will be in next bullrun - the one that is not in your portfolio. That happens all the time. It is impossible to predict the one among thousands. I'd rely more not on a bullrun, but on the ones that will definitely bring any profit.

Coins that are in the top 20 will be popular and they will have the upper hand when bull run comes I'm pretty sure of it, all of them has a strong community development are continuous, they are on a reputable exchange if there are new coins coming with good potential it should land on the top 20 now to get the most benefit when bull run comes.

I think it's cryptocurrencies as bull run is not only for one coin, it's usually for a lot of coins that will have its crazy run and could probably reach a new ATH.
