I'm not so sure on what deeply lowered coins will come back but as others mentioned, XMR isn't on the top 10 and it has been low after the correction so I think that this coin will have its own recovery.
I can't look for any coin that has been dwelled at the deep because I don't hold too much altcoins.

Personally, I think monero will rise very high and also grow past the price it was before the fall when the bull run starts. It has very good potentials and I am sure it will grow very high. 
I believe in Monero Elf, NEO, UTK, and Steem and I know they will return to their ATHs. These are solid projects with known use cases. They have solid teams behind them and huge communities. I believe they will all come back
NEO, ETC and BCH are the coins dumped more in the market.
Those coins are most dumped and we will find the price boom in these coins for sure in future m
I like to see the investors to look up there on these coins. It will be allow the value growth in the market.

My favorite lowered coins which definitely will come back are NEO, XLM, NEM, XRP, CTXC, ICX, INS and WAVES
It seems that the attempt to guess which coins will grow is useless. It is important to have good coins to profit from some of these. Of course, you must be prepared for the fact that some coins will die.

I had to choose this coin in market cap, Byteball, it is not deeply lowered price but hopefully, it will recover soon from the sharply reduced.
This coin has a good technology(IMO), and I believed on this that it might be bounced back price when bitcoin swinging the price into the normal. I am currently holding on this coin.

I think some of them will grow up, some will not. It all depends on how they are generally appreciated by investors.

I think NEO will fly next year once the market rebounds so would say this is a good one to get in to. I don’t hold any at the moment but it’s on my watch list

Below the top 10 is a lot of coins that are interesting for investment. For example, the same TRON, NEO, Ethereum Classic. Of those that are much lower, for example I am interested in Verge, Augur.
Tron and NEO was once into the top 10 coins but I don't think they'll be back on the top 10. Ethereum Classic there's a possibility that this will be on top 10 when it finally hits on Coinbase. But wise traders will ride on this hype and will start to short when they see some good exit. Verge and Augur? I don't have more words for these.
I think the ICON ICX (ICX) must definitely recover in price and begin to grow again, because thanks to their platform it will be possible to unite all the crypto currencies in a single network.

I'm sure this is against popular opinion, but I really think XVG. It is down really low right now($.02) due to the 51% attacks and whatnot. They've said they're working on some things. If they actually come out, I think we'll see $.15-$.20 again. I'll take that easy 10x

Monero will rise but it already has a high market cap. Try something else like spectrecoin XSPEC which is more private than monero and has a really low market cap.

Some of the coins that were suggested I don't even have an idea if they have a good volume.
But as long as bitcoin will go rise again, most of these alts will be in favor of reaching heights again and thanks to bitcoin by that time.
