Yeah. They're still alive. But I had hoped for more from Kucoin. Especially regarding the ksc shares. Binance has done a lot better.

It's been 2 years now and still kucoin is alive and kicking same with binance though..While binance run away from kucoin in terms of price per coin I still can't give up kucoin for their kcs shares while hodling.

I intentionally bumped this thread even though it's old--I did a search for KuCoin in the Exchanges section, and most of the results are really old.  This thread is basically what I wanted to comment about, hence the bump.  I'd ask the mods to please not delete this post.

KuCoin just came on to my radar this month after Binance dropped its support for US customers and I was left without a way to buy PIVX and NEO.  I used CoinSwitch a few times but got spooked after I had to start a ticket after one of the switches didn't go through within a reasonable amount of time.

Binance is fantastic, and I've never had problems with them.  After doing a small amount of trading on KuCoin, I can say the two exchanges are pretty comparable.  One thing I find annoying is KuCoins multiple security layers, the Google verification, SMS thing, and the trading password--I don't find them to be completely necessary and I can't find a way to turn them off.  But at least you don't have to do an SMS verification every time you log into KuCoin like with Binance.

One other thing with KuCoin is the main and trading accounts.  That's completely unnecessary in my opinion, and I've never seen that on any other exchange.  I don't know the rationale behind that, but it's a feature that ought to be trashcanned.  But overall, KuCoin is not bad.  No issues with trading or withdrawals so far, and they have a lot of coins offered.  What remains to be seen is whether I switch back to Binance once they create their US-only website.

Both exchange are good so if the reason you are staying there is because you chose their coins Kucoin Shares or Binance Coin, you're fine.
Binance has the highest volume and it all started these exchange coins era that helped its owner to grow his business.
There are new exchanges out there but if another hack will come to binance, traders there will choose Kucoin.

Binance obviously, just look at the volume trading on binance there, it's really big and it's good for daily trading which i'm do. Kucoin is also good but the volume market there is very low but I like kucoin too, easy withdrawal, fast wd and deposit.

I believe kucoin will buyback kcs  quarterly. Another reason to love kucoin exchange. Last time i check the price went up and I think it will hold from there and after 3 months it will go up again.

I prefer binance than kucoin because it is the most trusted exchange in trading high volume compared to other exchanges.

Kucoin really worst in fees and trading commission aspects bro. I have recently used the kucoin exchange it does not give decent default value in the market for any tokens and altcoins mate. Please check the binance exchange mate.
If you compare the security, volume of any coin and number of users you will be able to get the good experience than kucoin with binance exchange.
In top 3 cheap trading commission exchange binance is one among that bro.

I prefer binance because it is the top exchanges now. Once there are many trader in one exchanges, your buy or sell order will be filled faster compared to those with less number of traders. In addition, the security of the platform. Security and safety of your coins in an exchnages is very important that we can not disregard.

Not related to transaction fees. I prefer binance over by simply because of its interface I feel easy to use

I enjoyed these two exchanges and I can confidently say that I like Binance. It is a really good and reliable stock exchange which is very easy and well-traded. I also like the referral program which is on the Binance exchange.

This may seem silly to some, but Binance was my first love, first of all. Secondly, they did not do forced KYC requirements like Kucoin implemented. While, not a big deal to some, it is a big deal to me. When Japan decided to play hardball with Binance, they moved to a blockchain friendly, country. They did not let someone tell them how to run their business, and for that, they will always have my great respect.

Binance, is a bit faster as well. Kept my coins safe, and I never had any severe issues with them.

Binance is now the top exchange. Large trading volumes, low Commission withdrawals. Without verification, withdrawal of funds up to 2 BTC is available.

This is like comparing a pro player with newbie,binance is great market,trading volume is also high.Binance is the market trending in the search by the trader,because the volume is high then the market movement is also more passionate than the market that other,is very profitable for the day trader or scalper.

Binance - welcome it the best exchange. Not for nothing she is so popular in crypto - the world. But also there are many other excellent exchanges. Not so pritsipialno at what exchange to do me exchange. The main thing that at the exchange there was a coin which is necessary to me. As not all new coins bargain at the popular exchanges.

i think i will choose binance than kucoin because binance has a higher volume and the top crypto exchange.
binance have many events too. Coins or tokens get listed there will boost their price, good exchange.

I use both exchanges. But I like Binane more, because cheap transaction fees and cheap withdrawals are also cheap.

I didn't use the first exchange ng I was completely satisfied exchange banans, very easy and intuitive in its functionality, suggest it to all participants

Binance. It's Binance now, and will probably be Binance for a loooong time. 

I'll be interested to see how they tackle the DEX game...
