I actually had a - then Alertpay - Payza account first and only started using PayPal afterwards. PayPal is much more widely accepted, which makes it a better choice most often. However, there are sites and services that pay in Payza and I'd have no problem with that either.
Im using payza, i think both are same, both have policies agaist charge back, whick i dont like. Both can ceaseyour account, and took away your all money. Axcept above all i think paypal is some waht more legit than payza. But i prefer to use payza, because its more convenient to me, i can easily exchange my btc now.
Payza before they changed banks, now Paypal, because they also changed banks (to good) and added top-up system for local banks, which is great!

Paypal is more used and famous etc...
However Payza can be better because there is a lot of Chargeback bullshits and Limiting accounts without any reason

Payza seems fishy to me was using them when they were AlertPay I vote for PayPal versus Payza

I used Payza at times, and although I had a problem with them all sorted well. Even buying them Bitcoins.
I never heard about Payza. But as of now, I am using paypal.

I don't like both of them but only when we have to choose from those 2 options I prefer Paypal over Payza. because it has big userbase then payza.
