Hi,

I was wondering which of the exchanges has less hassle once you have KYC and not very strict policies?
What do you suggest?

Thanks

What kind of strict policies you are describing because most of the exchange especially top tier one are all good after KYC based on my personal experience.

I already try Okx, Binance, Kucoin and Bybit. I don't encounter any bad experience after doing such KYC since I usually do arbitrage trading on these exchanges. I believe there securities varies on what kind of user you are because you will likely experienced too much trouble in your account if you are doing shady things in your account.

T9, fixed))

I think OKX is one of those exchanges that has less hassle as of now. I use it alongside Bybit, but I believe Bybit maybe the next target for regulators after what we saw with Binance and Bitmex

This is the natural course of development of any cryptocurrency exchange. As soon as the exchange increases the volume of trading, attracting new traders to its platform, providing them with various bonuses, it also attracts the increased attention of regulatory authorities. Regarding OKX, according to the rating of Coinmarketcap, it ranks second after the Binance "Top Cryptocurrency Derivatives Exchanges", ahead of Bybit.

I have suggested my favorite two exchanges kucoin and binance. I used kucoin almost five years and there is nothing problem at all and I am very satisfied. I used much in 2022 and it's binance. Now, this is my most favorite exchange which more facilities than any other exchanges.

I don't understand why no one has specified a cryptocurrency exchange Bybit.com in this thread. It is this exchange that can act as an alternative to the already named and well-known Binance and KuCoin exchanges. And if you care about your privacy, you should know that verification on the Bybit exchange is not mandatory.

Outside of true DEX's the one that still stands out is KuCoin as far as the least hassle- next to none.  Don't believe this has changed yet as I haven't been asked to update anything as of yet.

Kyc for a exchange account most important for safety your fund because hacker can try to get your account information. So if your exchange account has been pass key verification then ok for security. I recommend for use binance exchange even very easy to passing kyc, otherwise you can search cmc for more exchange.

Binance is definitely the best choice for me. Once you've passed the KYC, every transaction would go smoothly. They wouldn't ask for KYC for nothing. You will also benefit from it in the long run. Also, their 2FA verification is a big help especially now that hackers are everywhere. Maybe the reason why Binance is the top exchange is that it provides good service for its users.

No doubt, many traders are rooting for binance because they have varied and reliable services.
In terms of KYC verification, I did have smooth experience as well.
I have no problem submitting KYC to this CEX because we all know, it is reputable exchange.
Also, the services are wide that you can basically make this platform as your digital bank.
But don't forget that if you need to store coins long-term, still advisable to send it to your own wallet, which you have your own keys.

Probably you got enough of suggestions with the names but I wanted to tell you something about the KYC policies or any policies it can be updated at anytime so you can't really expect an exchange to be the same forever for example Binance let users to withdraw upto 2 BTC everyday but now KYC became mandatory simply because of the regulations by government and maybe in future the policies can be more strict and they may even ask more sensitive information.
Yes this is true. On one centralized crypto wallet that I am using I am shocked on why my limits have immediately became zero but I believe that I haven't used up all my limits yet. I then realized that they want me to do a kyc again and this time I must use a new i.d because older i.d's are not accepted anymore.

The lesson here is that we must be ready for any changes that will come and it's up to us if we will comply with that or we will start looking for another alternative which are not strict yet. We only need to make sure that the platform that we are interested in is proven to be safe. That is still more important more than anything.

So far from my experience, KuCoin and Binance has little hassle once you did your KYC properly. Their KYC is pretty straightforward if you don't fuck it up and they don't have hidden revoke/requirements unless you want to increase your KYC tier for bigger benefit and advanced features, otherwise almost big exchanges implement the KYC and rather difficult KYC.

In general, now I try to work all the time through some more official exchanger. Alas, quite often exchangers simply deceive.

Kucoin i think so far is the most convenient one I have found, it's easy to use also it doesn't has KYC requirements and you will not find any strict policies stopping you from doing anything. Even though I feel it might also bring the KYC norm Pretty soon but it won't really be like Binance that it will be mandatory on each and every penny of withdrawal, so in my eyes it is the best and least strict exchange i feel.

Don't believe in the Centralized exchanges policy. They could edit and update it anytime.
Mate, cryptocurrencies are valuable in people's eyes as soon as they convert them into fiat ''it may be different for countries that have legalized it as a means of payment.'' I can't use crypto to pay for anything in my country, so I have to convert it to fiat first to make it safe for me to use it. So there's no reason for me not to trust centralized exchanges that provide crypto to fiat conversion services, so in fact I couldn't completely avoid centralization for years.

I know a situation like this won't really benefit us on the one hand, it's clearly a loss for us privacy but either way we can't completely avoid centralization. As long as I am safe to KYC and accept all risks, then I will consider it.

As for me being from a prohibited country I tried many exchanges, the best ones that do not have strict policies on KYC (so far at least) Gate.io, Coinex.com, Crex24.com Of course there are many others but this one I tried, of course the best Gate.io exchange because it has a high volume and many other features, but of course you will not get all the features if you do not complete the KYC verification, the second place is the Coinex.com exchange has a good volume and does not have strict policies on KYC, while the Crex24 exchange has Very weak volume.

Honestly, I really think a lot of people are gonna have different experiences because I believe that the type of document one is verifying with also contributes greatly to how long and easy the verification process would go or last, for example, the experience one applying for a kyc verification with a plain id card will likely be different from one applying for the same with an international passport.

On the note above, i will like to let the op and everyone else know the exchanges am currently verified on and how long it took -
...
Remitano exchange  - less than 5 minutes and on first trial.

It might also interest you all to know that i used the same document for verification on all this exchanges, which my drivers license.
First time I've seen someone mention the Remitano exchange. Yes, they're very fast in the verify kyc but they weren't really a full-fledged exchange. More like a local p2p exchange for people to sell/buy their crypto to local currency, VND.

In this case, Kucoin is good for this one dude. Especially, when you submit the kyc they need you to do, everything will become smooth
whatever you are doing it in the platform exchange. Second, you could also use or try Binance as well, though you are obliged to submit KYC, I am assuring that your not gonna encounter any problem using binance and you won't regret for usre in the end anyway. Even other saying that centralized is not good I don't think so, in fact, those two are good and I've been using it for a couple of years now.

Binance and Kucoin are the only exchange I can recommend where there KYC verification is less hassle. They only require ID, selfie, and some information that will match the ID you will provide. Unlike others who require that you write what they ask on a piece of paper with the current date and the name of their exchange. If the images you send is not clear to them, you will have to repeat that all over again which is very hassle for me. I'm verified in binance since 2019 and so far I haven't encountered any issues with my account. I only did their KYC verification once,

In my experience, binance is one of the easiest to submit and passed the KYC requirements. Once you submitted the document, it won't take long for them to verify your identity. Also make sure that you have clear camera to get a clear view of your ID and your face so they won't ask you twice about this.

Good for you! however it may not be the easiest for some people out there, some instances:

What the fuck does binance want?
Help needed with verification on Binance
Front Camera Verification Photos?
