Where are you located? If you are in the same area as the bank that an exchange uses, it will speed things up significantly.

bitstamp's verification is the greatest obstacle to hinder liquid and the fee is not cheap, can you explain why you vote it? althrough stamp is a quite liquid in a comprehensive comparison
