Under current conditions, it is very difficult to trade with a single stock market. Binance, Bittrex, Huobi, Bitfinex and Kucoin are the best platforms I think. But you can still evaluate others by researching yourself.

Okex, Poloniex, Dcoin and Digifinex are available as well.

'The best' is relative. Which one you're looking for? You want to do margin trading? Then it's probably Bitmex or Deribit. There is Bitmax if you want to try but they have some issues in the past, not sure whether they've fixed it 100% or not. If you want to trade alts, maybe Binance is the best choice (as long as you're not a US citizen).

Based on your post, seems like Binance is probably your best choice, unless your tokens are not listed there.

A coin will look good if listed to multiple exchange, even if its listed on binance it will still need to be on other exchange so its market will not be very centralized. I noticed a project that I watched for a long time, its only listed to one exchange (gate.io) its price isn't climbing up.
