You may have a look at our exchange: https://coinbax.com

For more information, please read our main thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinbax-exchange-buy-sell-bitcoinslitecoins-1103396

We require very little verifications, only a real name and mail address is required. Our exchange does not verify your ID or other documents neither do we need to have your address etc.

On our exchange we do not hold any BTC/LTC or funds, they are only stored on our website until the exchange process is done.

Of course there are limits which apply, but for regular user's they are high enough Smiley

Yours,
COINBAX Team

Your website might be that interesting but I don't like any website that stores bitcoin funds on their websites and not in a cold storage because they could loose all the funds to DDOS attack.
Hi,

we do not store any coins or fiat funds. Please read our service thread for further details.

All funds are used only for the direct exchange, so there is no way you can use your coinbax account as eg a wallet.

For example if you'd like to buy some BTC, just select your preferred payment option, complete the order process and the coins will be sent to your chosen wallet address.

COINBAX Team

Well in terms of little or no verifications I will always choose btc-e

too slow and fee too high and not european friendly at all, there a much better alternative like kraken, which i find to be the best
I agreed with you completely that they are too slow and their fees are too high but the subject of discussion here is that they give you account with little or no verifications.

I think in order to buy Bitcoins, Coinbase needs the least verification of your Credit Card...
As I am from India, I use Localbitcoins and Buysellbitco.in, both are great...

for btc market i think btc-e is best one. no complicated verification and many form to filled.
and for altcoin market i think most of exchange have no complicated verification. like bittrex, c-cex, poloniex, yobit and etc.
usually only use email address and password. and for more security better use 2fa like GA or authy
Based on their website,

Identity verification

Required in case you choose to load your account by wire transfer. To comply with AML/CTF recommendations, we require our clients to verify identity by providing scanned copy of ID and scanned copy of utility bill or a bank statement which should not be older then 6 month. Copy should be in good resolution and colored.
It is only useful if OP isn't using wire transfer. The best bet would be localbitcoins, it doesn't usually require much verification to buy/sell BTC.
i forgot to say, that i withdraw $ on btc-e using voucher code..
so i don't need that verificarion  Wink
You can't really do much with that code unless you can find someone to trade it to fiat with you. If so, use kraken for sepa [small amounts] because last time i used it, i could trade without ID verifications or trade using localbitcoins.

now it seems almost every exchange is a very troublesome verification,  only trade/withdraw a small amount of bitcoins that you can try btc-e. lakebtc, okcoin..

I would advise you just continue to enjoy Localbitcoins hassle free service.

Giving up all of your personal info to these companies is not really worth the risk and the hassle unless you are buying $10,000's of coins.

Just pay the markup for privacy and convenience. It is worth it.

I tried to verify on bitstamp, but I dont have any of my bills to my name. I really dont mind providing my ID, but it seems I just cannot easily verify my address. I've been forced to purchase marked-up bitcoins on localbitcoin. Are there any exchanges that deal with the real price that are more lax in verification? Ideally, ID-only.

I'm using xmlgold.eu and no I'm not affiliated with them. I'm just recommending just to clarify things. Anyways, they require a quick verification of ID with some instructions to prove your legitimacy. At first I was skeptical because IDs can be used  for identity theft but I've been with them for 8 months now and I use them to cash out my traded btc using their mastercard. Their prices are fair enough for me. I don't know to anyone else though.

Create buy orrder at reasonable market rate on www.100bit.co.in. They'll be executed fast. No verification needed.

Never heard of this site. I'd stick with more reputable options than this one -- and there are some options that don't necessarily require verification.

If you are patient, you can buy at spot on LBC (usually)...

www.100bit.co.in is in fact similar to LocalBitcoins, but unlike LocalBitcoins they do not offer any site wallet to hold our coins. We only deposit when we trade. Its new, but I believe, worth a try...

fb.com/Bitky.shop | Bitcoin Merch!Premium Quality!

have you try https://www.cryptsy.com/ ?

I'm personally prefer poloniex and bittrex as exchanger because those exchanger don't need any verification

Poloniex now need more info about your account, actually only your first name, last name and you can WD your balance but the transactions is limited(depending on the level verification).

Do they allow to withdraw USD/EUR/GBP through international wire without verifiction ?

No. They is cryptocoin exchanger.

you can't even do a wire transfer on poloniex, and the same should be for bittrex, unless something changed, recently

anyway all those exchanges, works with levels's verification, for every level the amount you can move increase

You're gonna need to give up those kind of documents if you plan to withdraw fiat from the exchanges. Otherwise, there is BTCE, Bitfinex. Can't really recommend Okcoin right now with all the stuff coming out about them.

I didn't need to with btc-e but haven't used it ina while so it might have changed. What are you wanting to do? Buy or sell or just try make some money trading? If you're just wanting to buy and sell you can always use the currency exchange here and cut out the middle man.

use exchange that don't need all those stupid verification, kraken and coinimal, for a limited amount, bitfinex to if i'm not mistaken, bit-x also under 500

btc-e, if you manage to get money into one of the non-wire options.

But you probably will have to pay high fees

not to mention waiting for two weeks for you money to arrive, absolutely awfull

Bittrex didn't seem to take too much to set up an account, but it might need more info to fund not sure.  It is a good exchange thought, you should check it out.

With this I have found you need to jump threw even more hoops and take even longer, I gave up after a week and failed attempts at giving valid ID with a few of them, I did get accepted in the end but lost interest, trust and patience also as you mentioned the high fee's.

Don't be in a rush to buy on localbitcoin and you can make an offer which will be very close to the exchange price anyway but have to assume you look for the buy option and hurry a buy, take your time and make a offer. It will save you what you need and giving out more than you want.

What country are you in?  With bitstamp it is making me thing US.

For US exchanges need to follow know your customer laws to not be money launders.   So any US one operating legally as a company will need to verify you.

I was in the US, but I've recently had to move to Guatemala. So... yeah.
