It all comes down to one thing, it's better for us to know they are earning from house edge and to have trust in the casino and their fairness, than to think how they make money and to wonder are their games rigged or not. Fee has to be paid, and it's better to pay the fee and be safe with your bankroll, than to risk everything you have just because 1% house edge.
I heard for some casinos in crypto with 0% house edge, we had many discussions here about those sites, but I never played on any of them, and probably I will not try them in the future.

I'm checking the site now, I will try betting on "no house edge", it's a different experience than sports betting and other popular games in a casino.

I knew this question would arise. This is paradoxical, but profit exists at zero EV. Because EV is considered with a balance that tends to infinity. And if the balance is limited to a specific number, but there is always a chance that it will end and the previous bet will not come out. It turns out like this - if a person came to get excitement and make several bets - he can do it essentially for free. But if a person is greedy and comes for profit - he risks losing his balance, as there may come a time when there is simply not enough money for the next bet.

I don't think it really exists even though there they say and have an offer like that or 0% house edge, but in reality it is very unlikely to be implemented even maybe in all casino gambling sites. Instead of making unreasonable offers it would be better to use a more transparent gambling site like 50% or whatever, because then at least the game will be fairer and every player is always aware of that when betting.

It cannot stand for long it's a bad strategy, employing a zero house edge, will get any gambling site out of business in just a matter of time, I have seen one gambling site having a zero-edge but I don't that's provably fair and gamblers will not easily trust gambling site it, there could be manipulation that is going to happen if they continue to do that.
