That's true because there are many scam ICOs nowadays and they also try to run their fake gambling platform.
At least when you are investing in a casino that is already operating, you can be sure that they will continue to operate especially if they already have the market of clients. I believe there are a lot of gambling sites that offers investment like bankroll investing, but I don't have enough information on the terms. I guess you really have to check the gambling sites manually to get the right details you are looking for.

Rather than investment these days staking has been gaining importance when in comes to gambling. The gambling websites have got their own tokens, more you stake their tokens into your account more will be the profit you earn on every win of the gambling house against the users. This seems profiting than the normal investment on gambling websites where you get very low ROI on your investment.

. I am not expert about gambling but I don't think you will find investment plan on gambling website. Investment plan really is a ponzi scheme, and gambling is different things. I will suggest you don't put your money this kind of investment plan. We have seen most of ponzi scheme turn out eventually. You can play game if you have knowledge and experience but don't find just easy way to earn money.
I am not sure but perhaps you will find investment plan gambling site. Just search on Google.

By investment do you mean you want to out in capitals into the gambling site and have stakes in the company.
Well am doubting that big gambling site would be opened for investment except you look into local gambling site
