I will always be the long term investor though it is not in our favor this year but for sure in the near future, the value of BTC will come up and those who small time investors will regret they didn't follow us long term investors. I am glad that I am long investor but now, I am still waiting for the right timing. I still have enough money to buy some more.
Being long term investor for me is difficult but I am hoping that it is worth it.
Most of us here are long term investor and we got rekt because last year was one of the worst year in crypto while this year there's not much recovery that we've seen. Hopefully we will get the price of our patience in the future, just like those early investors of BTC that never panic in selling their BTC despite there are times that BTC has struggled a lot, this is a challenge now for long term holder since its been almost 2 years that crypto is still bearish.
With the type of market, we don't have a choice but to be a long term holder for our cryptocurrencies. Even though the prices of the cryptocurrency that I got goes uptrend, I will still choose to be a long term investor because I believed on what I invest in and probably after 5-10 years of holding, I can easily say that I can retire because of the profit that I got from being patient.

BULL'S GROUP - always putting money into the market and does not take out often, more like long term investor.

BEAR'S GROUP - always taking money out of the market often, more like only interested in making money in a short while, i mean short term investors.
I really like long-term investing because I know what takes time and patience. For such investment, I like to see the business I invest grow strongly every year, I don't like to crowd with people to buy cheap and sell at high prices in a moment. That made me feel tired and stressed because I always had to analyze the chart.

But there's always profit to be made doing that, I once tried that when I have big amount of money to invest, I note or record my entries or time that I bought a specific coin and record when I will sell those coins at the price where I deemed the right time to so.
But it's always constantly checking the prices and the risk is still there, you have to follow the movement and feedback about the coins you've invested so you'll know if you are going to cut your losses, or you'll wait and give more time to HODL it.

I'm in a Bull's Group but  I'm not a long term investor, I always lose money in investing because when I need money, I always sell my crypto balance in low price even if I buy it at high price.

that means you are in both groups, basically no one is really a permanent user in one group about this problem because we can't avoid panic buying and selling, even though in buying and selling there are certain purposes and objectives but at least every crypto users will place themselves in both groups

You wont need to analyze charts if you are doing long term investments because it will just add up on the job and just stressing yourself.

If you can do both things like short and long term hodls then your choice but you should know on how to minimize risk as small as you can.
We are almost bullish people on here but we cant really avoid to have those bear minds.

Well, considering how I try to accumulate more and more with every means I can (buying, airdrops etc), I'd say i belong to bulls group if I was to use your definitions. I might take some to buy myself nice things here and there but that's it. I am in for the long game Smiley

You know what's the best group to be in? It's the oppotunist group you make money the way up and you also make money the way down. But you need to know a bit of trading for this because Markets are comprised of some big whales and manipulators who know how to play with feelings of masses. moreover what I have seen with my experience is that if you are in one those groups you will always end up losing or waiting. Because btc market doesn't stays in one phase for a long time which means reversal are a routine thing so if you will be on one side you will end. Up at breakeven or pretty low profits.

Wait, what? It seems like youre contradicting yourself here, base on how the OP define "Bulls Group". You cant be in the Bulls group if youre taking out money from the market more often. Thats a short term investment which happened to be a very poor decision by you, because youre not certain with how you manage your investment. Selling it in a lower price because you need money. No wonder why you always run out of money lol.

I think you should change your mindset in terms of managing your investment. You should set a goal where you can actually make a profit out of your invested capital, no matter how long it would take. Thats what I always do, I dont panic even the market is bleeding, because I know the market condition doesnt always favor the bearish trend. Might as well, Its safe to say I belong to the Bullish Group .
In your case, you should learn to make money without even touching your invested capital in the crypto market.

I mean my mindset is set as a long term investor like in Bull's group but when I need my money like few months ago I sell it at low price. But I learn from this mistakes, Next time I will invest in crypto I will not invest all I have so that when emergency happen I will not do the same mistakes again.

I'd rather do both, I mean if you are only sticking to one way and then you can lose the opportunity to earn something whether it's bull or bear. By doing both I think you could get something when either the market is bearing or bullish on that time.

I'm a bear group and I have no idea bull groups. because each person has their own choice and investment strategy. But from what I see, the crypto market is very volatile, sometimes we can win over 20% in a day. So why do we have to hold in the long run just to win tens of percent?
I always follow the trend of the crowd to make money because it is safe and reasonable, going against the community often has a lot of risks.

I am both at the same time. I earn crypto as my part time job and I also have a full time job. A portion of my salary goes to crypto for a long-term purpose and some of my earnings from crypto are sold for a short term purpose or trading.

I'm a permabull and a long term holder. When there's a bear market I go to sleep like the bears. I don't check the price and I don't participate in the forum . I don't trade the bear market and try to survive it somehow. In a bull market I come back to trading investing posting and participating in giveaways. I even gamble in a bull market because rising prices make me feel happy and alive and bear markets make me depressed.

Only people who are willing to risk or who have plenty of buying power trades on bear market condition. Even on social media many crypto enthusiasts are silent and just observes how the market moves. But when there's a bull market many people are showing up showing their analyzation of the current market, even the moonboys are awaken from their deep sleep.

Well, from the description, I basically belong in the 'Beaars Group'. But I am very bullish about the market. The market is so volatile so, sometimes I take out profits which is very necessary to avoid losing it. Am still  bullish on crypto making a rebound.

Some interesting responses here. Seems mostly young people are the believers in crypto but they often don't have very much money if any to put toward investing. The older people tend not to believe in crypto and they have more money but are less likely to invest in crypto.
Risk appetite is what matters here. Older people who worked hard to get where they are financially won't be taking unnecessary risks because there is close to no way for them to recoup their losses if so.

The younger generation is where risk doesn't seem to be an issue at all, not only because they have less to lose and it's easier for them to recoup losses, but they are more adventurous overall and take opportunities as they come.

I suspect if you invest now, even small amounts, you will be part of the wealthy elite in the coming decades.
I don't think so, unless you have millions to invest and see your investment do a 10x in the next 10 years. I'm not of believe that we can do another 100x or even 1000x as some people think is still possible where we are today.
