Hello everybody! Hope you are doing well. The second month I have been thinking of investing money in ICO project. Do you think it is a good idea or I should just continue trading cryptocurrencies? What is the main keys what I have to look on? I am making research by finding ICO projects on rating agencies and ICO listings. What should I also look on?  Thank you in advance for your answers.
Choosing ICO is quite hard specially, when you are finding for a better one.
There are many factors to be considered but it does not always be the measurement of one's successful. In measuring a good ICO, we must notice first the usage of the project. It is good to know that we have the knowledge in the project because we can imagine the possibility of its loss. On the other hand, we should also be conscious on the updates of the project probably, we can define a good ICO if it has an active supporters and developers that has the enthusiasm to answer our question.

Yes, after witnessing and observing recent ico scam issues. I find it very difficult to invest intuitively or experience limited. I often monitor the ico campaigns promoted by reputable bounty management teams. It's not the only reason I chose the ico investment that my reasoning allows. That gives me peace of mind, just follow the team and the whitepater along the roadmap for that choice.
Blockchain is being utilized to optimize the efficient payment methods of caffe or taxis as a need to be of interest to users by convenience and efficiency.

Sure it can be a good idea. Searching on website that rate ICO is a good start (https://icorating.com/ for example), it gives you a base to search deeper. You make a pre selection with project that you are interested in, and then go on their website, check their social media profiles, the linkedin of the team, what other members of the forum say about the project... You need to search also a competitor, a project can be very intersting but if something similar exists, well the project is less attractive.

Almost 70% of investors choose ICOrating to test because the site always offers good options for investors and lists the highlights of the project. I always choose projects from ICOrating for investment because most of them have good development team and great community.

Just invest in a quality project with good roadmap and a good developer and team, there are many potential ICOs to become one of top coins in the crypto market and also there are many scam ico out there who just want to make money, so you have to choose very carefully. Dont rush in investing, study about the project.

Choose an ICO whose tech you can understand. If the philosophy and mission of the ICO makes sense to you, then that's one green sign.

Then look at the team of the ICO, do they have many years experience? Are they well-known people? IF you can answer yes, then that's another green sign

People with reputations and degrees will not burn their lives just to scam a few thousand dollars from an ICO. So if these team members have valid backgrounds, then you know they won't exit scam you.

Use GOogle too. See if other people are already calling the ICO a scam and find out why they're doing so.

in investing money, you should see some information for that. many people are successful with investing in ICO, and very many people are successful because of trading. if you want to invest in an ICO project, to be safe, look for a project that has a high interest, the softcap has been achieved.

I think you should trade crypto than join ICO project, better like that. ICO not good for invest because too many ICO become scam or have low price after listing into exchanger, my money stuck in several ICO project and make me angry. Sell now I get loss value, sell later potential bankrupt ( maybe ), choice I have really bad. Trade with crypto maybe not interesting any more because the market look's slow with small volume, but why you not try your strategy in this situation, maybe works. I have no solution, up to you bro.

First of all you have to ask yourself: Does this project/idea/service need to be done on the blockchain, and does it need a new cryptocurrency for it work?
Second check if the project have already gathered some amount of people backing it. Also, you have research the people behind this ICO. And finally, it's good to look at how much the developers value their own product. Are they giving away enormous amount of coins for very cheap price or are they thinking about economy and the market and aim to distribute the coins reasonably and have already thought about later factors and introducing the coins to the exchanges.

If you want to start researching about the new up and coming ICOs you should firstly know when is it coming. So for that you can go to the sites like ICOAlert-
https://www.icoalert.com/ and find all the ICOs which are coming in the future and are promising. For further details you can also search for a particular ICO you found interesting on Coinmarketcap- https://coinmarketcap.com/. Where you'll easily get information about that cryptocurrencies prices, exchanges, volume etc.

What other good ICO trackers exist?

Which good ICO ratings sites do you use?

There are many good projects.
If you are interested in an investment by participating in an ICO, there are currently many options to choose from. However, there are a lot of scams out there and very little coins actually experience a rise in value after the auction is over. Here are some tips on how to spot a well thought-out offering:
First you should ask yourself these question about the project:
Does it really aim to solve an existing problem?
Are there other projects working on the same problem? If yes, does this one have the best perspective?
In what timeframe do you respect a ROI given the roadmap of the project?
Do the founders and the team have a solid background?
Is there an active and serious discussion going on in the community? Not just advertisement all over by a few members.
Does the website offer a whitepaper? It should. And you should probably read it before investing. Smiley
Is there a return for your investment promised? Definitely a red light – no one can and should make such promises.
Does anything else about the project sound fishy? Even if it’s just a small detail, it’s well worth some more research.

Most ICO program with bank, exchange and technology concept has success, you should follow and replace your money (invest ) into it. You can collect some history information and see the result from ICO with concept I mention. ICO with that concept has future because they create services about what people needed. Clearly road map and mostly reach hard cap before end the ICO. Try it and good luck to you.

I think it’s still good idea about investing into ICO project because they are the one who make up most of the crypto world now. But you should be really focused about the ICO project as there is more scam projects than the good one out there. So you should first study most amazing projects and look for them in the marketplace. Don’t trust any project straightened but do extensive research about it and then go for it.

You will find many threads on how to choose good ICO project and get answers to further questions. For now I can suggest you to look after DIW projects and Social Coin project. They are on my mind due to there deep studies roadmap.
