Hi. I advise you to do your own search before investing a big amount. Read about your target ico and try to make your own opinion.
You can also use http://www.icorating.com and similar websites (carefully) to compare your opinion with other opinions.
Before investing in ICO it is necessary to do some research about their project of which is legit and worth it. Icorating is a plus somehow this could also help and will give you and idea on what ico's to choose. Because scam ico are everywhere.

Well, i don't think its good to invest al in the same ( as a beginner ) or you have to be very sure.

I think https://blunner.com/ is a ICO to look into, but thats a project of my own ;-)

Please read:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.23765584

We want to buy back Blunners with a percentage of our profit. The buyback price will be 50 cents, sell price 20 cents each.

Please take a look at it.

Best thing to do is read about Cryptos and understand how Trading works, study ICO's and their whitepapers, see for yourself which one has the most potential.
About tokens you must check who's ranked where on the CoinMarket Cap.
It's also important to join the community and understand everything before making any decisions. Do plenty of research before you act.

Pick a digital currency.. there is lots to choose from.

Oh and congrats on posting the 10 billion'th what coin should i buy topic NOOB.

LOL how the fuck did you get your hands on 3k ? ..when you are clearly dumb (asking that here)
Since when were 3k difficult to come by?

I get the impression you can spare a few k.. how about a hand out for ole Spoetnik since you all love giving away "free" money so much.

Do i need to have a startup for that ? Or will you just cut to the chase and fork it over now ?

Seriously though..
It is pretty funny all you little noobs think you know things.
Hate to break it to ya but i am smarter than every single one of you noobs combined.
How do i know ?
Because i made 12k then cashed out and walked with 0 cents invested.. unlike you spending Mom's school lunch money.
And.. i did it with 99% pure class & integrity.. something you shitbird ICO investards can never claim.

I am above you period.

And.. i probably made more than you too  Cheesy

Oh and NOOB..
If your SIG does not show up for me it means one things.
It means the staff's Greasmonkey Firefox addon is blocking your garbage SIG campaign advertising for Bitcoin dust signature here for me.
So don't wiggle your fucking little dick-holster at me like you have cred.
My SIG is not blocked.. yours NOOB ?  Cheesy
I hope you are having as much fun posting as I have reading your posts. Cheesy

Does it really only take 12k to be above everyone here by the way? Am I automatically above everyone who has more than me as well as long as I have >12k? Roll Eyes

Difficult to decide. Crypto is risky but can offer HUGE returns.

First step is to convert your dollars to Ethereum if you wish to invest in an ICO. Have you completed this so far?

Hi,

I have about $3000 to invest in Bitcoin Projects. I see so many tokens & ico projects here.

As Newbie, I am not sure how does it work?

Can some bitcoiner guide me in right direction?

Thank you

Welcome to the investors community. This is all time favourite question asked by many noobs when they hit the idea of trading/investing. Now finding an ICO is like finding a drop of water into ocean! Its hard! Its hard to find a legit ICO these days but you can however invest into top 10 alt coins from the coinmarketcap and depending not the trading volume also.

Always look for the buzz reading an newly launched ICO in the announcement section and try to get engaged in the discussion to know more about an ICO. Before investing you must know the team behind the project and their roadmap. Must know whether they are working as per their roadmap or not and then invest as early investor to grab he profits.

Throw some into eth and then take the rest and put it in cybermiles. Great platform, idea, definitely has the market fit, and solid team.

I suggest reading the whitepaper to get the whole idea. Their partnership with the 5miles app to integrate their blockchain will be huge for them. 12 million users already makes their blockchain top ethereum and bitcoin in terms of users.

+1 for cybermiles. Found out about this one on facebook and was instantly intrigued. So many applications for the ecommerce world. Hopefully amazon integrates this kind of blockchain tech on their platform.

If you have to ask this question, and your question is littered with clear misunderstandings of what crypto is about and how the market works, it is honestly better that you don't invest anything right now.

If you jump into it not knowing what you are doing than you will learn the very hard way.

After that you will either adapt and push on or just give up on it entirely.

All tokens are legitimate for investment, but which of them have a good prospect for growth, you need to understand it, and the advice of others in this matter will be rather subjective. Here you need to know for what purposes the project was created and tokens were released, to analyze their growth dynamics and much more. In general, good knowledge is needed and new people here probably can not figure it out.

None.

These days, I think of ICO's and token funding projects as practically gambling. You're tossing your money at something with LITTLE TO NO chance of ever making your money back, unless your part of the dev team or someone who is a friend of the dev team and is bound to make money with them. All of the projects that are ICO's now are a ton of shitcoins which are going to amount to nothing but money for the devs.

Invest in something IRL, be in in stocks (Vanguard Index Fund) or even just buy Bitcoin if you really want to be risky with this money. There's so much more you can do then piss your money away on penny stocks (ICO's)

I have about $3000 to invest in Bitcoin Projects. I see so many tokens & ico projects here.
The only Bitcoin project is bitcoin. There are no Bitcoin projects based on an ICO.Get your fundamentals right bfore going any further.

As Newbie, I am not sure how does it work?

Can some bitcoiner guide me in right direction?

Thank you
As a newbie, spend some time reading about cryptos in general.Take time to understand how trading works in cryptos and the entire ICO culture.Without knowing swimming jumping into the sea will only drown you.

It is one of the most valueable post for your so far for you. I also agree, I don't know if 3000 is much money for you, but it is enough to make a very interesting wallet with some currencies. If you really need to have a practice then maybe you should consider part of thet amount? Now you should be focused on gaining knowledge and basics related to crypto.Know it in general. There is a lot of SCAM ICOs, which can be very dangerous for newcomer. So better learn how to make research and pick the most profitable one.

Like the one before me recommended, I recommend spectre.ai ICO to you, it is a good token presale that will surely give you profit in the future, as it is one of the most promising ICO's in this season IMO. It will be the world's first broker less trading platform. For more information about this, just click links on my signature, there is a link for whitepaper there and Facebook in case you want to browse more about it.
