Ethbook is the most successful ICO in oct. Naturally it will be bullish for Ethbook in November. So watch out! If you want to pay close attention, you might as well buy the token, there are still two to three days before the camoaign will come to a close!

Take a look at Pally app Smiley. Low hard cap, ongoing ICO for decentralised social travel. If you buy now, you will surely make at least 2x on exchanges + there is a referral program. If you wanna make up to 7,5% bonus for your contribution, PM me Smiley (anybody)

Spectre.ai isn't declined, maybe you mean something different. Pre-ICO starts on 27. October, ICO starts on 17. November: https://www.spectre.ai/

Yes, I'm sorry not declined by any organisation. I meant we've analysed it already and decided not to participate.

Hundred of ICOs, thus you will hear hundred of suggestions. Everyone has his/her own favorites. For say, I love Jibrel Network (the project may become the highest raiser of 2017). But that doesn't mean you should follow blindly the preference of others. Most of the suggestions here will be either biased (by investors or bounties joiner) or careless ones.
Better invest on your own study and understandings. In this way you could learn out how to become learned investor.
For insight of new projects follow sites like ICOBench and many others giving honest review of ICO projects.
yes, it may be better to choose your own ICO project. but all this time, I still follow the advice of the masters here. I am still a beginner, so not yet quite understood, which ICO project will be successful

Too many upcoming ICOs and I know Providence will make it successful on November their main sale even, presale ongoing already take a look.

The idea of blockchain-provable fair casino appears in my mind form time to time Cool Thanks! Will check it out

i pay little attention to ico since China ban it, because i can hardly participate, but one thing i know is that most ico will break out after being listed on exchange, if you really interested in one project, you can buy that time

I wish you all the best of luck. For November, I am promoting ARToken. You might think that I am just promoting this project simply because I am wearing their signature. I am personally into this project. Its ICO will be starting this October 25 and will continue until November. A little info might help: Cappasity has already gathered 1.8 million dollars way back in 2014.

I’m definitely looking into Worldcore ICO. They are an established company and are looking to expand their operations. It looks solid IMHO.

Be careful, Worldcore is likely scam https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ny-talks-2236259
