As for me, then forex is much more profitable
But for many people here, crypto holding alone get them profits. Yes, not trading the crypto but holding crypto for years. Compared to forex, cryptos are having complete different characteristics which enables its holders to get easy profits out of no technical analysis efforts needed forever. Just buying at any time will be fine with cryptos.

Still, I guess freelancing also must be a good option for a bitcoiner after entering into this crypto world. Because, they can make easy profits from holding hence they must be having more time which could be utilized with freelancing to convert the free times into money.

There are a lot of people would like to make more earning with the use of trading because having a good decision making and knowledge may help you towards to make a profit and this is not quite bad because at the same time you are earning with the use of your skills and potential to make more earnings, as a trader even I earned a lot of profit every week trading still made a continuously learning because this is the most essential thing you cannot make any get a suggestion to others when you are in the world of trading it depends on your knowledge how you will handle the situation.

@OP about the trading or freelancing it depends on you if you have the capability to make earning in trading go for it because there are a lot of people today making money with trades. If you think you need some time because you trade goes for freelancing because you cannot make any enjoyment and focus on a particular thing if you do not interested in it still it depends on you what makes you happier at the same time earning too.

The truth is that that you cannot make good money with freelancing, the only thing where you can make money is trading but for trading you would need a good revenue and expertise in trading otherwise you will just loose because the good exchanges has high trading fee and it is difficult that you could generate profit.

I found there that many youtube channels are promoting freelancing but they are just misleading you. Freelancing has no more scope. Do not waste your time by learning anything related to freelancing. Instead learn something about trading.
You are trying to compare two activities that are simply too different so we cannot reach any kind of conclusion, at the end it is going to depend on your own skills, if you are a good trader and you can make money on the markets then it does not make a lot of sense to try to become a freelancer when the market of cryptocurrencies offers so many opportunities to make money every single day, but if you cannot trade but instead you have a skill that can be performed online that is on high demand then becoming a freelancer makes more sense.

Whether we're freelancing or into trading, the objective of these were to earn. Both trading and freelancing require skill and continued learning. When it comes to freelancing we're supposed to prove to the world about our ability and achievements. Only then it is possible to benefit out of it.

With trading we require basic investment capital. Further we doesn't need to prove anything, we need to study the market and invest accordingly. This way we can't term one is better over the other. Each and everything require skills through which one can establish thyself.

Different skills, different technicals and criteria in order to be consistent in freelancing or in trading. Both are good but you must focus on what is suitable for you, in order for you to find what is good for you; you can test both and find out what is more profitable. I'm a freelancer and also a trader but most of a time I'm a trader. I focus my time on it because it is where I generate huge amount of profit unlike freelancing is just my side hustle.
They are still different for me, there's nothing lose if you are in a freelancing job because it needs and required a pure skills job. Trading is might the same work but it requires amount of money as your capital. For me, freelancing is a kind of job and trading is a kind of business where your money might at risk at any time. It is not good advice if you working them all, just focus only one of them.

I think anyone can manage doing both because you know in Trading you dont actually earn on a daily basis and not every you will be able to win a trade. But if you're an expert day trader that's a different story.
My point is, you can manage both by investing in trading while you working at freelancing jobs with continues cash flow.
You could potentially consider trading as something close to freelancing as well if you really think hard enough. I know it is a bit of a stretch and you are not working for someone else usually you are working for yourself but the general term of trader is usually used for the people who do your deals on your behalf at the regular world, just a bit more personal in the crypto world. In wall street for example we have traders who we give money to and they use that to make more money right?

This means these people are freelancers working for commissions and that means they are not really doing it just for themselves. So a coder writes codes and gets paid, a designer designs and gets paid, and a trader trades and gets paid, which means we could potentially consider them as freelancers as well.

Why not do both?

Plenty of people who work online have a wide variety of jobs, e.g. microtasks.

You can spend your time freelancing as a social media guy, designer, writer etc, while also building up your trading chops on the side.

Over time you'll feel competent enough to spend more time trading and less time freelancing, but you'll find the best balance that works for you eventually.

as well since there is no job assurance on freelancing at someday there is no demand your skill so having job security is important if you don't have enough investments or savings.
Lets not even talk about job security, it is called freelancing for a reason, it is not a permanent job. Of course you can freelance to develop your skills further for a stable job, but by doing so you would not get any jobs as a freelancer since you are also learning. On the other side if you are already skilled, why would you freelance at all? You would be doing a stable job.

Now I dont think skills go to waste but markets do. Same happened with flash developers once Apple decided to stop allowing it.

Compared to trading this is not close as you can see, it remains a personal choice.

These are quite different things. What exactly is in your case is better for you to decide after weighing all the pros and cons.
I like freelance because it is an activity that creates some kind of product, even if you just provide services. You do useful work for someone and get paid for it. Everybody wins.
In trading, you simply speculate for your own sake.

A few years ago I was a very active freelancer and distributed a lot of information about various projects, and also wrote blogs and articles on various topics, including professional topics for certain resources.  Nevertheless, I was looking for other types of earnings, after which I became interested in cryptocurrency.  The fact is that in the services market, there are a lot of freelancers in the network and the competition is very big.  Based on this, the value of the work of a freelancer is reduced.  But in the cryptocurrency market, the situation is completely different.  Of course, I will not compare the current time with 2016 and 2017, when all cryptocurrency users had great chances for a large income, but nevertheless, even today, a professional and experienced trader can have a constant and stable income from their activities, especially if he  really chooses the right assets to trade in the cryptocurrency market.  based on this, I believe that the work of the trader is rewarded better than the work of the freelancer, although the trader risks more.
When it comes to risk then trading would really have that but on exchange the rewards is more higher compared on a fixed income when you do freelancing. The thing here is that not all do really know on how to trade and they've been used to stick with freelancing jobs according to their skills and didnt intend to look beyond the border to look for more earning opportunities like trading. It will depend on an individual if he would look up for more income or would just stick out to his current condition but for us who do know the opportunity that trading can give will really have that advantage.
Undoubtedly, cryptocurrency trading carries a big risk, but nevertheless, I’m sure that if someone already felt all the possibilities and advantages of cryptocurrency trading over freelance, he made the appropriate choice.  I have long stopped writing articles and blogs that are not related to cryptocurrency and do not regret it.

Im still in the trading because yes it have a high trading fee and every withdrawal they have transaction fee that can less to the profit of the trader. But if the profit is a lot Im really sure that you did not fee the fee because you get a huge income.

I did not try freelancing before and I don't have any interest to try it because Im busy to the trading and I'm gratfeul because I know how it is really works.
Freelancing will just slow you down in earning money because you don't know when someone will hire you so better to learn trading while you are doing nothing and then enter the trading path, it will take some time to be familiarize with the flow of trading and to be good at it so take your time because with many experiences you can be a really good trader and while you are doing it maybe someone will hire you and thats a win win situation

Honestly speaking, each one of us has their own skills and expertise. We just need to ascertain and then focus on developing it. For example in freelancing, if you can't deal talking for someone who could hire you, then you shouldn't pursue it at all. That just means that you should find another ways to make profit. On the other hand in trading; we can't deny that it's boring. It's not fun, honestly and it should be taken seriously. But remember, even the most successful trader isn't born knowing everything about trading. They are noob when they get started too. They aren't skilled at first. What makes them different among more than 90% of failed traders is that they never stop learning but rather taking each of their mistakes as lesson that is useful for the betterment of their trading skills.

it depends...
Everyone's answers are different depending on their skills and abilities, I choose Trading better than Freelancing because I focus on deepening my trading skills for a long time.

That's tright. You do what you do best and if you can do something other people need like translating, writing articles, accounting, tutoring - become a freelancer. You will probably earn less than traders but you will only earn. Every hour of your time will bring you closer to whatever you want to buy.

Trading will look tempting because you will be able to earn while you sleep but sometimes you will lose in 1 day what you've been working for that whole month and then you'll feel like it was all a waste of time.

Exactly it's depend one each person's skill and ability. I like both platform actually. But if we are talking about "risk" then i will choose Freelancing. Many people earn lot of amount doing freelancing with using their skills. But in trading you have to carry always risks. I know many people will say about good trader or achieving good trading skill but my friend there is no limitation for that. And doesn't matter how much you are experience in trade you have to carry some risks always. Which other side for Freelancing you just need some skill to proof your self.

Well, I have always believed that bitcoin should be earned and spend instead of bought and sold, which means I do suggest freelancing more than trading for sure. Because, in reality why does the price of bitcoin drops? Because there are people who sell it and turn it into fiat currency. What happens when people stop selling it and start using it, you buy your bread, you buy your meat, you pay your bills even pay your rent with it?

Well, in that case people will have more reasons to use it and not sell it, when people stop selling it the price of bitcoin will automatically increase. That is why freelancing is great, however it should not end there, people who instead of selling their coins prefer to pay the freelancers is one step, those freelancers should be able to spend it as well.

I think that they are both good, but have their difficult sides, although I do understand that everything is meant to have a part of it that’s difficult. I have been into trading and I have also been into freelancing.

As for trading, reading the chart to know where the price is heading to is a difficult thing for me lol, and sometimes after you have read the chart and you think you have just got it, then within few minutes the market is heading an opposite direction of your prediction.

As for freelancing, imagine the number of people you’re going to be competing with, especially now that covid19 has caused a lockdown and lots of people are searching for jobs to do online. On platforms like Upwork and Fiverr which are the biggest platforms out there , the competition is very high and you can stay for long and not have work to do.

So, I would say that it’s all about what you can do best and whether you can keep doing. If you have enough money to go into trading and keep working hard and learning, then go on with it. If you don’t have that kind of money, freelancing is the best option for you, because you need money for trading, but you don’t need money to be a freelancer except for your skills; you will have to choose what you do best whether it is Writing, Web Developing, App Developing, Designing , etc. For me, they are both really good. Just choose the one you will like to do.
