Therefore, professional gambling players simply need plans and strategies full of restrictions and limits.
Thus, the player eliminates the role of emotions during the game session due to the fact that follows a strict, simple, and understandable plan.
The vast majority of players use such strategies, therefore the level of gamblers is so high.

Professional gamblers know when to gamble and implement their strategies he does not carelessly play and see the gaps and how to play, so gamblers always do the most important thing before gambling.
But it seems we are difficult to become a professional gambler because we have to capital big money and can back up when losing in gambling.

To become a professional player does not need a lot of money. The main difficulty is not in money but in psychological aspects. Discipline is what distinguishes an ordinary reactionary player from a pro.
A professional will never make emotional mistakes because he initially built a strategy in such a way as to exclude any emotional interference. It is also necessary to carry out a lot of work and calculations between sessions than most players neglect.

I stand with Ukraine.
As Jocko said, discipline equals freedoom.

it may be easier to stop when losing if you lose it all or have a critical point (total capital) where you decide to stop or a number of loses in a row that makes you take a break.

simmilar to winning, to be fair.

That's what I could never understand, tbh. How can it be hard to stop when you won something already? Is it so hard to shut down your computer, or get out of the casino, or whatever, when you've got some extra funds to celebrate your lucky day? I mean, if you won, you can make it your lucky day, if you stop immediately; but you have big chances of making it your bad day if you continue playing.
Yes! It becomes tough to shut down computer when you have won some good money and have chances of winning more. Greed plays an active role in this and even your mind starts calculating the money you can win from another bet. This is why it is suggested to leave gambling when you won a good money.

But the chances are always the same, aren't they? And the chances of winning big are always at low. So, what makes one think that if they just won big they must continue betting? Is it some sort of "my lucky day" kind of thing?

It is true that these are independent processes, and thus it's wrong to assume that after one big win you can't win big any time soon. But it is also wrong to think that your initial big win can magically attract another one during the same session.

I like to know your opinion about the question because I believe every gambler has a different way of managing himself.

My answer to the question is I can easily stop when I am winning because I am afraid I might end up with nothing since I know to myself that I am not yet consistent enough to win in gambling, however, based on my experience, I can't easily stop when I am losing despite the fact that I already set up a limit to gamble in a certain day or a certain session.

Do we have the same attitude or not?

As my own perspective and experience, it is easier to stop gambling when I get loss. Some gamblers when they repeatedly lose in gambling, because they have an higher urge to play gambling more as long as they have an assets in their digital wallets. But there are some point that, if loss are so often it is much better to stop gambling before it is too late to recover my assets, because if I fight for my assets to came back again it would be dangerous for me as a gambler because every time I played gambling my debt will also increases on the failed that I experiencing in gambling and my life shall be in danger because of a big debt.

Exactly correct it is always easy to stop when you are losing. It is very hard to stop when you are winning because of the eagerness  and the belive that you might win more. Most of the time it sadly converts to a loss. But. It is very had to control your greed at that time.

Stopping when you are winning is easy for those who are not into gambling that much but for those who are a gambling addict that is different and for me stopping when I am winning would be not that hard especially if I win huge amount so that the amount that I won won't be lose again. Also, stopping when I am losing wouldn't be much of a choice that if you already lose all your capital then it is much better to stop rather than losing more money and the worst scenario is getting broke.

The attitude towards the gambling depends on the person's self-interest and the risk management. Knowing when to stop is the instinct of gambler for preventing to lose the total bankroll. I can extend this list but the human beings don't only act with logic in risky life activities including gambling. I prefer to take the whining and leave the table or room after reaching the certain win percentage of bankroll.
I think you were right that a if a person has a certain goal upon entering the casino then no matter what happens he/she knows when to stop even if they were winning or losing. And that is the risk management that a gambler need before going to any casino.

For me, it all depends upon the situation because I am just playing to enjoy myself and I always bring the money that I may able to lose. And also, I have my own way of making myself to enjoy more when gambling.

I find it hard to stop when I am winning because I might regret it if I stopped when there is a lot of money to be won and you are having good luck, it's easier to stop when you are losing because you don't have enough funds in your dashboard and in your pocket but it's still on the gambler on how they reach on a given situation.

Sometimes we can relate this since we pass that situation that we want more winnings on our pockets  that's why we tend to gamble for more. And compare to losing it's easy to stop this especially if our balance got dried and we don't have any money left to spend.

That is why it is really easy to stop gambling when you lose

But there is a catch, it might fuel yourself from gambling again and will look forward to it to win the losses you have the last game. I ask some of my friends about this and they told me that they are aware of the money they are gambling and if they are winning, they would be putting aside the capital and just use the money they won, if they lose that, they go home, if that profit doubled up, they're done for the day.

Exactly, due to our eagerness we tend to play more and bet on our luck

That is also the reason why it is hard to stop since we are expecting more winnigs than we currently have. The more winnings we received, the more deeper we attached ourselves into playing until we can't stop or lose all our funds.

Disciplining  your self is one of the key to not getting big lose money in gambling because most of the player right now are greedy in profit when they are winning money they want to get more so they play until the money decreasing also when they lose money they add more money to recover but instead of that they lose more money .

For me, I stops when I am winning because when I already know that the I won the money my mind setting is "Yes I already have money time to go and tomorrow is another day". On the other hand if I am losing, sometimes my mind setting is to "OK try another one until you win". In that case I may continue losing.

Of course stop when you are losing, because most of the gambler can't stop when they won.
They still have money to gamble but when you are losing it is easier to stop because you don't have enough money to bet.

It's true that for some people it's harder to stop when they are winning, but let's not forget about common gambler's fallacy, namely, to think that after a long losing streak a win or two must definitely appear soon. Thinking this way, and thus "chasing their losses", as they say, people lose a lot of money.

I think most gamblers would agree that it's much harder to accept your loss, and stop, than to stop after a good win.

Because of the perception that you could still win despite the profit you are having. Instead of wrapping up, you continue gambling still wanting to earn more and never realize that they are still risking that profit they already got. I think I could stop when I won since I know how it feels when you lose and it is more disappointing to lose the money you already won.

I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
In my experience, I find it hard to stop when you are winning. I feel very lucky so I can't stop from playing, I continue until I am satisfied but that is also when I realize that I have no more funds to bet.
Some may find it easy to stop when you win, but most of the time, being greedy is the one that make you continue from playing.
But does not this means that you have problems to stop gambling regardless of the circumstances? If you cannot stop yourself to keep gambling if you are winning and then you realize you have no more funds then that means that you could not stop your behaviour when you were losing either, I think it is time to take control of your gambling activities before this could develop into a problem, set yourself a goal in terms of the money you will spend or the time you want to use to gamble and then stick to it no matter if you are winning or losing.

You are going to get a lot of mixed answers. Truth is, it depends from person to person. A person might find it easy to stop when he is winning but really hard to stop when he is losing. Similarly, one might get tires/exhausted from have a losing streak and might stop for the day. Unfortunately, for a gambling addict, none of the ways are easy for them. They want to gamble and win more when they are winning, they will want to gamble and win back what they lost when they are losing.
Though I guess, it would be easier for a person to stop when they are winning once they realize that in the long run the house always win.
