Centra has the lowest fees. Open money also looks promising though.
TenX is a good investment and the best crypto card in my opinon!
TenX looks like the biggest one of that list you mentioned, they have a very good team and their community is awesome, i really like those guys. I havent invested in their project but i regret about it, maybe i could made a lot of money if i invested before. But for those kind of services i think that this is gonna be the best option, maybe i am wrong.. lets give it some time to develop the full idea.
MONACO will be the best
Centra and change bank good idea. Of course, it is hard to say exactly because ICO is not over.
If you have the support of Vitalik TENX. Monaco is a very good project.

I'm tempted to get a crypto card in the near future and have been doing some research into what I consider the "Big ones"
Monero
TenX
Centra
Change Bank
Looking at them all, The team for Monero seems solid, however the product is coming on slower than TenX.
Centra and Change both have better fees and returns for using the card, but are both new so do not have the same strengths of the other two.
I would probably buy 1000 Tokens of whatever card I go with to start it off, So its quite an important choice In that aspect for me.
I'm just curious which card people have gone for, and for what reason.
