Indian Poker
Indian Rummy: Paplu
How To Play Rummy

That is a link for Indian Rummy Grin

I never learn any online poker game, and I only search based on the keyword "played rummy the Indian card game," and I found that 3 links and I hope that it will be useful for you.

Learning a poker game was not easy and for me, it's too complicated and I don't have a basic of learning the complicated things so I never learn until now Grin

I don't think rummy, teenpatti and the poker made famous by western civ are the same.. I'm aware of these sites' existence. Don't like them that much.

We're the same I'd love also to learn poker, I have a little bit knowledge on apps poker but I think that is not good to play unlike if web platform. There are different from most other poker training sites in having a much broader offering like video training and live poker coaching and poker streams, here what I have found.

https://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-streams/ => Live poker coaching.
https://www.splitsuit.com/                                => Article that may help you play better poker.

Good luck mate, update your thread if you found more knowledgeable and strategy in playing poker.

Thanks for the suggestions guys but I'd like to avoid anything mobile.

You can find bunches of desktop app if you google. Moreover, I think some of the platforms offer it online too. I didn't google google though but I'm sure you will get a lot of them.
Here an article for you explaining poker- https://www.bicyclecards.com/how-to-play/basics-of-poker/
You can also try teenpatti from faceboom where poker is also available and it's free to play.

Teenpatti and poker arent the same thing. I would advise anyone and everyone to refrain using this thread for farming up their signature campaigns and posting useless messages that add no value to the conversation.

The most effective ways to learn poker is to know about the basic knowledge about the game first. Once you have a little knowledge you may try free poker game to practice with the knowledge you have learned. There are many poker applications in google play store (in case you are android user), one of them is Learn Poker-How to Play
This is a simple application where you can learn the basic knowledge and practice at the same time but do not hope too much that it will make you become a good poker player in short of time. The result will always depend on yourself, practicing and analyzing for every hand you did will be a better start. Good luck

I've never played poker, I've heard a great many things about it.
I'd like to learn .. keep in mind I haven't even played rummy (the Indian card game)..so I'll be a complete noob.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Youtube videos are all fine and dandy but I'm looking for a guided tutorial game platform where it'll dive into the more technical side of things.

Thanks in advance.
