They will runaway as fast as the community realize the loss hurt they most of the time. Only fool believer who believe a meme coins have a long last future.
But its possible theres will be some Meme Coins who can survive it because of the solid community behind, Doge already prove it for a long time, so even the price drop, i expect theres still many supporter behind it.
but for new meme coin assets, I think it will take a long time for them to get a solid foundation. The SHIB token was inspired by the popularity of Dogecoin and is currently successfully listed on major exchanges. I guess we'll just have to wait and see to see this meme coin gaining momentum.

I think you already know it. By reading the 2 reasons you stated above, it is clear that those meme coins won't survive a long time. The developers or the team of the projects just want to get instant money and then they probably will disappear. Moreover, if the meme coin trend is over, I am sure that the team of the projects will begin to inactive on their social media. Then, the massive dump of the meme tokens/coins will start gradually. Finally, those are probably delisted on the exchanges.

Everything becomes a true thing, and cuteness becomes famous. With the rise of doge, coins with other animal memes or memes that were originally only hilarious began to appear. It's a little tough to track the evolution of so many meme coins, and I don't think they'll stay long.
When the hype is over then expect that majority of them would just slapped into the ground and even with the original memecoin which is Dogecoin would really be having some serious correction or would typically go back on the price when it was before it was hyped and i wont really be surprised if that one happens.This is what it looks like when a certain coin been shilled and hyped out where it did reach out new heights that no one had never been anticipated for its price to reach.So for those who are accumulating Doge and other memecoins then its better to prepare yourself or much better on securing profits while you still can before the market shifts out. I think the meme coin that can last a very long time in my opinion is Dogecoin, because only Dogecoin is able to attract investors and influential people like Elon Musk and other artists who have a lot of money so I believe that Elon Musk's support for Dogecoin is very capable to make Dogecoin last a very long time.

Aside the king of meme coins which is dogecoin, Shiba inu seems like a very good meme coin which might survive in the market, just take a good look at the marketcap it has right now, although its still new(just months old) and hasn't been around during a bear market, but with the community it has at the moment, I think it can survive even in a bearish season, just that the value will deminish greatly in a bear market since its just a meme coin with no use case. 
meme coins that launched recently only want to take advantages from doge mega pump, meme be famous after elon must silling about doge and it used by some developers team to build their own meme project and get money from it. just counted how many meme coins now besides doge coin in market , there are alot new projects now. and so far only doge coin that get attention from crypto investors.
I think the top meme coins will only survive right now like Dogecoin, & Shib. Those are tokens that will do have a lot of supporters right now. If Mr. Elon will continue to hype Doge, I think the value of it will last longer while Vitalik is for Shib token. I don't know what Mr. CZ of BSC will support for their meme coin. Most of Meme coins will surely useless when the bear market will come. They will surely not survive and most of people will not continue to support them so it's better for them to convert it to other tokens that have value.

In the long run, even Dogecoin is not going to survive, unless it adapts. And so far I haven't seen any such attempt from the developers. The promoters and a handful of whales own a large majority of the circulating supply and they are looking for an opportunity to dump those coins. Those who purchased DOGE close to the peak level will be stuck with these worthless coins in the end. And regarding the other memecoins, I haven't come across any coin which I believe is going to survive for more than a few months.

There are some old meme coin too that still alive until now like $Mona and $GRLC. They both have a good trading volume and listed on some reputable exchange but not that famous like Doge since it was heavily shilled by Elon Musk. There are still some working meme coin alive and has a working product in contrary to your statement.

They have a short life plan, because they are part of the hype that will soon die down, if Elon Musk did not shill Dogecoin this meme are not going to exist, once the hype dies down everything will die down about meme coin, so if you are going to invest be sure that you know the right time to dump, don't be late in dumping or you will pay the price.

Yes, and from the many meme coins that have been created, it also has no benefits at all and will only enrich the developer through investors who believe in the meme coin, moreover, its durability is also not in the long term.

no meme coin can Survive long, even if it exists then maybe only Dogecoin can survive and of course I'm sure the price of Dogecoin won't be able to increase very high if meme coin is no longer popular, unless there is a big company that accepts Dogecoin for payment (e.g. Apple, Tesla, Google), then maybe it will be able to affect for the price of Dogecoin to increase very high.for delisting and once that happens, that's when the coin gonna be considered dead, but the big meme coins gonna have a quite long life span considering how many holders there are,

If all meme coins are to survive, at least there must be someone to support them, even if there is a supporter and pumper, it doesn't last long, too much domination will only lead to assumptions about market manipulation, and that's what happened to Elon and Doge.

Memecoins are shitcoins period. While some offer a bit of use case on their memecoins, it still isn't enough to make them survive or last long in this industry. Except dogecoin though, because despite of it being as useless as it is, a lot of people are already trapped in it because of that expert troll Elon Musk. But hey, I don't blame the guy, if anything, it is the people who followed blindly that are at fault. Anyway, nothing we can do about that anymore. Although it may be a negative thing, it is still good news for dogecoin worshippers since after dogecoin gained such popularity it won't disappear as fast as some shitcoins on the market right now.

They will all turn into shitcoin and will run away except Dogecoin the father of all meme coin, they are all created because of Dogecoin pump and they are hoping to get a pump on the Dogecoin trend, developers are like that, creating a trending coin because investors are on the look for a new trend, but this is the kind of trend that will not last, next we might not read coins about meme coin again.

I don't think there will be a meme coins that can survive for a long time, because I believe that in the future only good and useful cryptocurrency will be able to survive, therefore I believe if meme coins will not survive and will slowly disappear, that's why I suggest to invest in cryptocurrency that do have project and product which is useful or has a function in the future, so that we can get a big profit from investing in cryptocurrency, therefore I never recommend to investing in meme coins for the long term, because the risk is very big for us to lose our money.

Dogecoin has smaller marketcap than Bitcoin and Elon can not save Bitcoin from 50% drop. Don't wish that Elon can save Dogecoin with 50% drop or 200% drop. Elon is not responsible for fall of Bitcoin or Dogecoin. Price has to be fallen as natural price movement in any market. Bitcoin and Dogecoin would have not risen too much if Elon had not tweeted about them but they have to correct without Elon Musk.
