I have been using exodus for a while now, I don't have any complains about it, everything worked great and the fees of transactions on the app is fine too.
of course because it looks like this exodus wallet has been recognized by a number of new circles in crypto and can be trusted in its safety in addition yesterday I did not know about this wallet, and after my friend suggested it, I tried it and it was really good and safe to use

I'm using for more than a month now and I have no complains about it, everywhing works smoothly on PC and on my smartphone, the fees are ok, and i have the options to export the priv keys, so, for me is being an amazing wallet.

My question to those, who use Exodus. You cannot set transaction fee. It is adjusted by the wallet itself. Does anybody know the reference of the trasaction fees?

https://support.exodus.io/article/69-how-does-exodus-calculate-fees
They said that they work on dynamic pricing models and that they won't be focusing on customizable transaction fees any time soon with their wallet. I believe you can use BitPay or Mycelium if you want to set your own custom transaction fees (I think Mycelium allows Eth as well and BitPay has 3 alts - Eth, BTC Cash and XRP).

I don't have this kind of need right now, I will take a look, for now I'm good on how exodus wroks, but is aways good to see other options.

Glad to hear that and in my opinion, if everything in exodus is perfect. Im also thinking never try to use another wallet instead of exodus right now.

I think the reliable one is enough for me. Sometimes the fees are too high

I've been using coinomi for quite a while without any problems.
I think its great for alts and erc tokens, and small transactions.
For major coins, storage, etc, electrum is safer...

I use coinomi wallet, trust wallet and pocket token wallet on my smartphone, till date I don't have issues with any of them, you just have to keep your keys very safe, my favourite is trust wallet but coinomi wallet has few features that makes me running back to the wallet

Using up Exodus for multi-coin is a good choice and this is what i do use after all these years. When you do store up Bitcoin solely then i suggest electrum or core but for alts then i do choose Exodus.

You can read up more info or discussion about Exodus here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-exodus-wallet-multi-currency-built-in-exchange-1766679.

yes Electrum for Btc, and Exodus for altcoin and erc20 whether it is included as well can be saved too, yes usually I only use etherscan and see your advice I want to try it to be more knowledgeable. also seen from the link that you put makes me also want to review it too so thank you bro

Coinomi was one of my favorite app back then during 2017, they've been in the game for a long time and I believe that they have a good reputation, exodus on the other hand is also good I made use of it for a short while before majorly using Coinomi, both are very good but I will prefer Coinomi over exodus

Your coinomi desktop might be not updated. Try to resynchronize it so that all wallets will be updated if you cant send it.
If it is still not working, redownload to the latest version.

Tried, updated, everything works but when I try to send money I get an error, I've given up already for desktop.
What does the error you get?
Hi Pirate Bits, if you ever have issues with Coinomi please open a support ticket at support.coinomi.com explaining the issue in detail so we can help you resolve the problem.

Folks, I'm using the Coinomi wallet for a while, it's good on mobile, but on my PC, I don't know why I can't send money through it, today I decided to test Exodus, with this wallet it's my first time.
I tested it with a little bit of litecoin on the PC and also on the Smartphone and it was all great, but it is always good to look for information.  Wink
Does anyone else use Exodus? do you know if it's really safe? due to the fact that it worked well on the PC, I am thinking about migrating and using it as my main wallet for my altcoins.
I've used Coinomi a long time ago (desktop version) and I've had a bad experience on it so I switch do Exodus and I've never been disappointed with it.
As for security, I guess that depends on how tight your PC's security is. As others have already stated, it doesn't have 2FA feature.
The only security feature they have now is the "Wallet auto-lock" feature which automatically locks your wallet after a specific time duration.
I think one good thing about it is the fact that it has built-in exchange (basically a shapeshift integration) and it doesn't ask for other personal information so, you can use it anonymously.

The PC version of coinomi wallet is not reliable, maybe in future the team will fix all necessary issues with the PC version but for now the mobile wallet is better but trust wallet beats coinomi wallet

I have experience using Coinomi. I don't have any problem while using Coinomi, but I installed Coinomi on my mobile phone, so I don't have experience installing it on my computer. I don't use Exodus so far, but I use an Atomic wallet, and I don't have any problem too. If you don't have any problem with the Exodus wallet, you can continue to use it. The important thing is you can save your asset in the trust wallet, so you don't have to worry about anything.

just because it worked well on pc does that means its already safe ? no no that shouldnt be your indication because a scam/hacker wallet can worked well too but they will only stole your funds later on . in the case of exodus  , i think i already use that wallet before and its not tagged as a bad or scam wallet   .

exodus really works well on pc or laptop but i havent tried coinomi wallet on my laptop yet  . i only use coinomi wallet before on my mobile but the experience i got isnt that good    .

As a coinomi wallet user i have to warn you about desktop version of coinomi wallet, the only scam accusation about coinomi wallet is about it's desktop version, some kind of backdoor or bug was reported online months back, many stop using the wallet after this but since I don't have problem with the mobile version I don't mind, since 2018 no problem so far
Hi Gunday_07, the scam accusation of the desktop version turned out to be an extortion attempt against Coinomi from the very start. The app never had any backdoors or was hacked. You can read this short tweet threat here and the detailed forensic analysis here that proves it.
