Why not get one of that X11 Baikal miners instead with 900MH when invest such sum?

http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/BeyZ7QZ

I wouldn't advise Asic. IMO it's the worst investment possible for miners. It's almost impossible to make ROI if you pay for electricity, because of the sharp increase of difficulty (mostly due of newer / more efficient ASIC being released every few months or so).

Only way to make ROI is to hold your coins and bet on a big price increase. But instead of buying the asic you might purchase the coins directly, less trouble and probably high profitability.

Yet if you want to mine, GPU mining is much more profitable and more fun (or laborious it depends your notion of "fun"  Cheesy).

:-) yeah of course I know that you pay the "premium" but would it in that case make not sense.... the GPUs cost not nothing and you get a franction out of it. But have to say I mined long long time ago last time and have no actual numbers now in head.

Cubirez gaved you great advice because today AMD released their new AMD's next generation GPU architecture but that isn't aimed for mining. Well, to my mind it's better to still wait for some time because maybe that new graphics card which is aimed for high end games and vr technology, will cause price drops but at the same time don't do things to waste that times without profit, think twice. Also I think for Sapphire Rx 480 Nitro + OC 4GB

I have bought MSI Radeon RX 470 GAMING X 8gb.
What can i mine with this card, my system is win7 32 bits, do i need 64 bits or upgrade to newer, i'm not an serious miner more like weekend miner. I won't boost this card beyond limits. But plan is to buy few cards more if this turns to be success.

I'll join the question,

I can get ASUS DUAL RX480 4GB for $184
or the same card with 8 GB for $210,
which one is better value for the money?

Also, I can get Asus strix rx 470 4gb for $167 or MSI rx 470 8gb for $194.
How do they fare against 480?

While talking about RX 480's (and 470's), which company makes them the best quality:
ASUS, Gigabyte, Sapphire (I've heard bad stuff about them), Powercolor, MSI or XFX?

Thanks a lot!

which card will give me 29MH/s with defaut setting?

None actually. Default RX 480 Nitro+ 8GB gives around 24-25Mh/s for Ethereum.
i have seen some videos on youtube where they show 180Mh/s for 6x rx480 rig
do they install modded bios ?

YOU CAN NOT GET OUT MORE THAN 24-25 MH/S FROM RX480 WITH STOCK BIOS , STOCK SETTINGS
YES THOSE VIDEOS ARE WITH MODDED BIOS WITH MODDED MEM TIMING AND SOME FINE TUNE

Where can i find realistic hasrate for those cards? I'm also interested to buy rx 470 8g, because they are cheaper and also have more memory. Few tests i found about temperature and power consumation are also factor for me. My choice would be MSI. http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/msi-radeon-rx-470-gaming-x-8gb-review,2.html
