Both of them was skill based ,but in terms of gambling theres much many to consider like Luck to win in a game .While trading will require a trader in a good skills ,analyzation and patient to wait to gain profits. There is no doubt in the sense of these two same they have some same applied skills but more risky is still gambling. The advantage is any manipulation as long as you can handle your funds in the right way and where would you going to spend it.

I put them both on the same scale because trading just like skilled gambling requires a lot of or some basic training in order to effect a trade and since they are all probables and somewhat depends on your luck after the skill I think they are the same in terms of risk.
I do treat them too as both thing. Trading is requiring skills and knowledge, so I'm thinking now that those skilled-base gambling games are almost the same thing with trading. The risk are the same thing but when it comes on executing it, they are actually and totally different on how you do it. So for me, they are both risky.
in my experience the risk that gambling has you can't find that in anywhere else. and it really doesn't matter what type of gambling we are talking about. people usually fool themselves with "skill-based" gambling and think they can beat the odds and get lucky. but in the end the risk is still there but it is masked away and they don't see it.

Skilled based and trading is the same when it comes to risk and losing chance. But for me, I'll choose skill-based gambling when it comes to risk and I'll choose trading for being in the safe haven so that I'm going to earn with higher chance unlike in skill-based gambling there's always a risk of it though you know what you are doing.

your logic will be applied for those who played professionally as skills based gamblers really understand how they will take advantage but likewise inside the trade those who also knew how to read the chart can also earn good profits just by reading the movements. both have risk but it will be depend to the person that will take its advantage.
I went for I dont know because I cant really seems to separate between the two because both has the skill factor in common and with in play, it makes it difficult to determine which one is more risky but on the other hand, looking at it from a broader view, I still take gambling as more risky because even with the skill, one can still be cheated out by the casino or gambling site...
Both things have risk involved it's either or skill based gambling or on trading it does really matter to an individual on how they gonna maximize their skills to obtain money into a particular thing and I they saw they are good on skill based gambling they will surely stick to it and would definitely choose it than trading.It depends on the knowledge of a particular person on which of the things he's good at.
I don't think any skill can help you to win in gambling as it is only based on luck and that makes it very risky so if I have to choose between the both then I will give a try to trading after developing skills and getting knowledge by looking at the charts and its less risky in compare to gambling.

no matter what you do, gambling will always be gambling and the risk of it is going to be always unpredictable and what you put down vanishes if you lose and you get profit if you win.
but in trading there is no money vanishing. you can sell at lower price to prevent losing everything and good traders already doing it, they sell at a small loss and prevent their money being lost all. and in the end you buy back at the bottom to make that small loss back and then some more profit.
besides if you think market is risky then you can stay away until it is no longer risky and then get back in. or if you are skilled enough you can even make money from that risky market and turn the table around.

I think you are only one person who said that trading is more risky than gambling. Because in my thinking, gambling is more risky than trading. No doubt, every business has take risk, but in gambling i couldn't see high risk. In one bet, we could lose everything and in one bet we earn jackpot. It is depend on our luck and not everyone is lucky one is here.
