Mostly Russians. Even if the product is from the states there are russians in the team
I think ICo will be a few projects from Europe. It will be Russia, the United States and Asia. Let's say Kazakhstan in the capital of the new Singapore wants to build cryptocurrency. Kazakhs fellows are very active and modern people learn quickly. I think ICO from Asia will be the majority
I have not done much research on this issue but my little observation tells me Russia stands out among the different countries involved in the ICO business. Maybe a deep research about the issue will tell us a different story in future. Thanks

Used to be China but nowadays, probably switzerland, singapore, us and russia. Would love to see more diversity of the projects location though to spread out the power of blockchain.
Yes, you are right. Chinese government has ban the ICO and many western ICO projects also ban Chinese investors. So no many countries support ICO projects now. 
Before it was China, but after the ICO ban there, Russia took over the position as the top country to host ICOs. Aside from the reason that Putin wants it regulated, Russia seems to have a soft side towards ICOs that even one of their Central Bank officials considered it to have potentials particularly in financing innovative projects. As of today, if I'm not mistaken in data, there are already 308 ICOs launched in Russia. Some of them have already ended while the others are just beginning to promote their projects.
Going through development teams on new tokens and cryptocurrencies, I observed that there's a demographic lopsidedness. I'd stray from mentioning names. To get a fair view, I'd like people here to mention countries they observe generating tokens and possible reasons for the high activity.
I don't think that Mostly ICOs are coming from particular country more , but here it is the reality that most of the ICOs are coming from.the Russian teams .Here you will think why the Russian mostly , Actually in the starting when only few coins were in the Cryptocurrency field then at that time that was the Russian people who made new new coins for new new country's people and in this way many people attracted toward to become the coin owner , and they take helped mostly from the Russian devloper , but here it doesn't mean that coin's ICOs are from the Russian ( only team is Russian most but owner is from another another country ) .

There always some 'red flag' in every business aspect. Yes, there is some kind of better to stay away when you see names, countries team from ICO so in the end, it was your money, your responsibility. Don't worry about I could hurt someone's feeling. As I can watch, generally, Europe countries has the highest number, I saw ICOs from UK, Russia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ukraine, and many other European countries.
Yes, Im also agree, and on the second place I think goes Asia region. Btw does anyone know some kind of site with such statistics?
If we make a deep investigation here, I suppose that we will find the following picture: Asia makes the majority of ICOs, and Russia is on the second place of creating these projects.

Here in Russia we have a lot of good programmers that have a lot of value nowadays. It is connected to universities but not only. A lot of guys are just into computers so they start programming in their early years and they have a talent definitely.
Also, a lot of Russians worked in international companies or worked abroad and now they were given the opportunity to work from anywhere and make global projects using their experience and creativity.
That is why a lot of Russians in management or in the team.

I've seen the most ICO projects and teams from Russia, but there are several that have not been really successful. This is why it is essential to do your own due diligence, research the team behind the ICO and not only the project.
ICO is a way to get capital from the investors of the starup. So countries with multiple starups will be home to many ICO projects. Countries such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, Israel ... are attracting many ICO projects.
In a way it interesting to see how the USA has been marginalized in this new world of crypto business. In this field, certainly it is not any more the center of the world.

Please, why do you prefer those ICOs from GB? By the way, I know only a very small number.
