in the situation that is happening now, I think it is dangerous to trade on any site including the binance and Bitrix) but there is a very good security on Bitrix and it is very happy. polonich is also a good option)
Why you think Binance is dangerous to trade which is one of the most used exchange by crypto community for trading purpose.

Poloniex is the exchange need to avoid for now since they have lot of accusations were still open about them.
Poloniex has got a bad view at the moment. The reference to be a good and quality exchange platform is binance and bittrex. Both have good quality levels and have excellent service.

Trading in the exchange will give us comfort and security. Never try to trade in an exchange that has a bad reputation, let's think carefully and we will get satisfactory results too.

You mentioned some great ones, and all those exchange can offer you good trading volume which is essential in a profitable trading any of those 3 which ever you choose or if you choose them all are great platforms. You may also would like to check out new exchanges as they offer great discounts in fee e.g. https://nauticus.exchange . Different platforms also list different coins and prices so if there is a particular coin you like you might want to check the price on different exchanges.

Bittrex and binance are the good trading platforms bit there are lot of new exchanges available now where they are offering much better prices and the low trading fee but the problem with them are not enough trading volime to complete the trades faster.

for now I just really like using binance. well, i feel that binance is now better compared to bittrex. but basically, the market with the most 10 volumes in CMC is the current favorite market

If you're looking for margin you only have Bitmex or Bitfinex really. Otherwise Binance is pretty good.

Bitmex is pretty decent if you're not trying to go through boatloads of verification but you still want to trade on margin and short, etc, but the problem with the site for people like me is that they've stopped accepting customers from the United States. Otherwise still a great exchange if you're looking for a something decent that doesn't require verification and still has volume, and the site also provides you with a pretty comprehensive FAQ if you have any questions about trading on their platform, especially with leveraged trading.
No doubt on Bitmex which I do like it too specially when you do really look for margining and short trades.Ive been using it until now but this platform or margining is really dangerous specially
for new traders.

Binance is also a good option yet theres no need for verification which you already have 2 BTC limit for 24 hours which isn't bad at all.

Binance will be an excellent choice for you, and especially you are a new person who wants to try trading. In that site, you can trade with so many coins and I think the fee of every trade is not too big depends on the other site. Firstly, you only need to buy at a low price, sell at a high price because this is the basic of trading. And if you have familiar with trading in that site and you already learn more about trading and the analysis, then you can use more money to make more profit from the coins.

You can check which exchanges is on the top 10 in Coinmarketcap, this is based on the volume
https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

Binance is on top of the food chain. I used to trade with Poloniex , that's where i started trading but when they started to have issues in withdrawals specially with Altcoins, I switched to Bittrex. I haven't encountered any issues with Bittrex so far and till today I am still using it. Selecting an exchanger depends on what coin you wan't to trade, not all exchanger lists all coins. Some coins are available in Binance and some are not in Bittrex.

if you look at the fees involved I would go for Binance. I used to trade on Poloniex before but there were many issues with them which lead to a huge drop in volume.

Before I used to pick Poloniex above all others because of the transaction fees.
But now, I dont care about it as long as it the token will go back to me without much hassle or delay.
Binance did that and both are centralized exchange. So now, I better use Binance rather tha polo.

Easy, user friendly platform and withdrawals without further ado. I would rather pick those with expensive payment rather than being scared always for a scam treatment.

I choose binance because the coins there are better than the project value and lots of large trading volumes. as far as I know binance is the best market platform now

I also start with a $100 as my trading capital, so I guess a .01 BTC can also be used for starters just to play around the system. But consider that .01 as a lost already so that you won't get disappointed at the end.

But at least that .01 will really give you a lot of lessons on trading and it's just a little amount as compare to the knowledge you can gain and the potential profits you can earn in the future.
