I don't actually have a channel or subscription to predictions groups I only rely on the gambling discussions from different sports forums and sometimes through some websites that I am not familiar with. I just search the match and I see some predictions from the blogs although they are not reliable, I still picked some good predictions.

I'm also doing the same thing. A prediction channel subscription isn't worth it because mostly, their predictions aren't reliable. I'm also reading gambling discussions on this forum because gambling professionals and sports bettors are here to discuss their bets. It also adds knowledge and strategy for beginners than relying on prediction tools.

That's my point, too. No one can predict the outcome of upcoming events with 100% certainty. Many bettors use various analytical tools and read analytical channels, but all of them also do not give any guarantees because in sports a lot depends on random events that cannot be predicted.

I tend to use the most widely known channels, just a simple google search for the best prediction tips will lead you there.A good app is also "theScore" for both iOS and Android phones which includes a lot of analysis and news details for many sporting events.I use only the most widely known because if 75% of the people there have the same opinion then I am going to bet exactly as they as most probably that is going to be a win, however that is not always the case otherwise we would all be millionaires right now.

Upon searching there are lots of them. I'm pretty sure they can help in deciding who to put our money on, can you suggest some of them?

I think all sites that give pre-game predictions, speculations, and analysis you will see while searching are all good. As long as they provide some explanations for why the prediction turned out like that, that's already good. You have no choice after all but to believe in those predictions that you will encounter since you don't even understand the part of their analysis as you are not familiar with it.

Try to make a test. Risk some money and feel the actual betting on those sports you want to try. Nothing beats the real user experience compared to just reading suggestions.

A very dubious assumption - most of these sites are traffic generating channels. They give some kind of "analytics" and in fact they only retell the news just so that bettors would be interested in reading them, but if you pay attention, from time to time they give advertising posts about "super reliable and good bookmaker" or about "paid channel with super reliable forecasts". Such advertising is the main reason for the existence of such sites.
When we are in the betting world, we always try to research and look for the best information, but it is difficult to find, usually we always go to social networks, which can be checked on twitter, instagram, among others, but there is a Except, there are forums that are very hidden, that talk about all sports, there are even crypto forums that have their sports part and are very useful, sometimes they help because more experiences are known and what some users think, in itself, a forum always requires being more specific, on some occasions I have found very good information in personal blogs of people who are fans.

I noticed that the gambling section of bitcointalk gradually have NBA match threads already. Although some users recommend to just join the single thread created for NBA Discussion thread. Its more specific though when they are trying to analyse particular match or the winning odds for potential MPV player. Somehow it narrows for readers to make a decision on who to bet.

Personal blog of an athlete I think I would consider at least this type will be base on his experience and not paid. With forums, there are more users idea tipping like  Celtics having best defense in NBA or so.

I have been comparing my bets to the picks of those users who provide some sports betting picks and predictions in MMA. I care to learn who they are rooting and what made them see the possibility of the fighter that will win. The fight schedule will allow me to bet on weekends and sometimes 2 weeks apart for another fight night.

This time I'm trying to see my luck on other sports like NBA and football. Its a lot harder for me to have my prediction on m own because I don't often watch NBA and foot ball games so I'm going to rely on their ranks and from sports youtube channel that provides betting picks. Upon searching there are lots of them. I'm pretty sure they can help in deciding who to put our money on, can you suggest some of them?

I'm not really into some prediction channels because i used to do it on my own. Although it may help for some kind of you, but never rely for it the whole time because just like us, they also make wrong predictions. I suggest watch their games first more often so that you will know what team you are going to bet because you came to see it with your own two eyes that this team is really doing great. Only decide where to bet after you have seen their performance.

I never followed or watched any prediction channel for sports betting. I think it is better to trust our own predictions, we can make self predictions by learning the performance of the current team or the person who will fight. I don't think any significant difference between betting based on self prediction and betting based on a prediction channel. So, why we must follow a prediction channel to determine which team or which person to be the favorite to win? And we also don't need to bet at any sports, right? Just bet on the sports we are familiar.

A reasonable point of view, and I would add that if you believe (supposedly statistics confirm this) that the closing line of odds before the game predicts the result with an accuracy of one percent, then it turns out that you can bet without understanding sports at all, but only focusing on the odds that provide bookmakers. The result in all bet selection methods will be approximately the same (the longer the distance, the same result).

Can do that. For the most part I have been doing that since I was just getting ideas from other people who are also betting on the sport I followed like MMA. If I have not listened to those betting picks channel on youtube, I may have lose more because sometimes unknown fighters suddenly rise which UFC imported them from other promotion. These channels are like sports analyst who are familiar to those names and will suggest what method the fighter do to defeat an opponent.

I won't really suggest that you even bet on SPORTS that you are not fond of. Why? You wouldn't enjoy betting on something just because of the mere prediction and picks of the others. Despite having a good portfolio and chance of predictions of channels you might encounter, their money still relies on pure luck just based off on analysis but such analysis can still be wrong as events such as those sports have tons to consider such as the play of the players within the match they predicted and analyzed.

^ The problem here is how to pick one of them and which one of them predicting with a good result.
Though this is not bad at all if you have probably 4-5 channels to rely on, don't rely on a single channel that could probably also have a mistake predicting the result, if you have other preferences, it will probably have a good result upon predicting the result per match. However, I still consider that the result of sports betting was sometimes not based on their technical prediction. It always matters to the players' conditions.

As you correctly said there are a huge number of such channels and they also lose like all the others. If there was a single channel whose author would not be wrong, we would not have seen bookmakers because they would have gone bankrupt. So try to make your own decisions and accept that losses in betting are a natural phenomenon.
Even if you end up watching in a very reliable channel, that won't give you guarantee that you won't lose in the bet. So as much as possible, accept that losses is part in gambling. But if you care to do more of the research about where to put your bet, i guess that will bring more relief. And your own decision will simply based on your studies, not on the prediction channels out there. Same goes that you are responsible of your own action and decision, and not those other people around.

NBA and our local basketball which is the PBA.

I'm not so profitable on these two sports or league, but I cannot prevent myself from gambling because I love watching the game so much, and as a gambler, it's more interesting on our part of we bet and watch the game at the same time. I feel that sports betting gives me the biggest chance to win compared on other games, so until now, I'm still learning to improve my capping skills.

This time, since you are planning to bet on them, then you should start watching more often some of their games so that you will have your own idea which team has higher possibility to win. Relying on some prediction channels are somewhat helpful but they will only keep on mentioning positive comments on their favorite teams, so its more likely one sided. Its better to see it by yourself, so you will know the team's strengths and weaknesses and you will be able to put your money on the team which you think deserves to win.

I have to disagree with you there. I always refer to random sites for pre-game analysis in NBA that I search on Google and some of those do have complete details that can help me decide what to pick. In the first place, why should bother the market side if they have already given their analysis about the upcoming match?

We are all grown-up and mature enough in the world of the internet that's why we should already know if those pages we visited are just trolling us. It's not hard after all to determine if the site we encounter is giving the worst analysis or just gathering people on their site.

In the end, we are still to decide if we will follow it or not.

To be honest, I don’t understand why you need to turn to random sites in such an important matter. Where is the guarantee that the information on them (about the shape of teams, about injuries, about possible team strategies, etc.) is correct? Maybe they just attract attention by issuing fictitious news under the guise of "leaks"? As a result, you still have to go back to news sites with a reputation and read the news and then draw your own conclusions.

There are few sites that you can explore on the Google for example:
https://www.bettingexpert.com/mixed-martial-arts
https://www.betmma.tips/
But one must ask a very important question: "If you are basing your betting on prediction sites are you sure that there is no manipulation and how would you contrast it with your cognitive capabilities of predicting those fights ?"
It's really essential to not only: examine these fights on your own but at the same time it's also important to make sure to follow for all the news, injuries, probelms outside the arena and sometimes personal probelms are also a major factor as well.
For me I do not think it's a good idea to judge these fights just based on such sites and therefore I would rather follow a forum member or my friend who I know is amazing in predicting rounds.

As a gambler, always get ready to lose because losing is already part of it.  So whether you end up watching videos that you think has more probability to become real, there's always no guarantee if you will win in the end. Have your own research on the team you want to bet, or on the match itself. And by then you will be able to decide on yourself which team deserves your bet, and if you are really not sure about it, then put a bet with only a small amount. That won't hurt you anyway if ever you lose.
But at least in Sportsbetting there are some good tips we can expect because those sports experts  mostly deliver their views and thinking .

though like you? i don't take seriously those prediction instead I am doing my own research in about the opposing team , from my team to their opponent , I make sure to look deeper and understand what would be the best result .
If we can get information from a channel about match predictions, we must do further research because the prediction will not always give us winning. But regardless of it all, we must prepare ourselves if we lose because our predictions are nothing right. In sports betting, sometimes we must remember that a surprise factor will come in the middle of the match and bring change in the match. So it can make us more prepared for all the possibilities that can happen later.
