I'm not wasting brain cells on researching some of these, but you can cross BUN and NYC coin off your list. A silly ass name, to me, represents a silly as development team with no marketing team on board. These coins are brands for the most part, marketing is arguably more important than the actual technology behind the product, sadly
If you want an undervalued coin, I'd recommend Radium.
It's at 50-60k sats at the moment & with regular updates, It has the potential to go upto 250k sats again.
