I especially do not follow the cryptography news on Twitter. I usually read the news here on the forum or learn telegrams in chat rooms.

What is the goal? I certainly follow the twitter account that I follow in the bounty and that's from 10. Some of me follow because I want to find information about the bounty that I'm working on, and wait for the latest news about their project. I have followed several important accounts as places for information such as exchange accounts. Even so, I am rarely active in Twitter and only in my work are active. Your source of news should come from somewhere. I just prefer you telling me the. source, than just following all those accounts one after the other. Another thing is that, i cannot use up all the sources i already have for news and updates.
Anything coming from a source i do not know, will be discarded and i would rather go for something safer., profound or trusted.

As for me, I follow some exchange twitter accounts. It's one of the best ways of knowing new listings on them. Also I follow some famouse people like Roger Ver and Mcafee
I only followed the market on crypto money sites like CMC, sometimes going to bitcointalk to discuss. I don't look at twitter news but I follow https://twitter.com/coinmarketapps because it is also very helpful for me sometimes.
I only care about fundamentals, and not TA. So I follow all ETH devs (there's plenty of them, not just Vitalik), Monero devs, Roger Ver, Erik Voorhees, Brian Armstrong and for price predictions - Jeff Berwick.
Thank you for sharing, tracking celebrities and good projects brings a lot of benefits. We can get more information, more expensive lessons. I personally keep track of the projects that I participate in the bonus or aridrop campaign and the exchanges I participate in.

Maybe just following exchange market twitter account, its better to know which one altcoin potential to buy and sell, alway sgot news when first time some altcoin listed at exchange market will give you us more chance to get profit with new altcoin listed at market.
I like to follow the twitter accounts of the head figures of some of the crypto projects that I am either invested in or will plan to be invested with. I do not have time to read too much information from many sources so I keep things manageable
And you can follow some traders that are posting their oppinions about current market situation and predictions. One of the most popular trader is Tone Vays.

Twitter seems to clutter up tho.. wish they can filter the content that it outputs

if only my Twitter account is still usable, I will try to follow all of these accounts, only since Twitter has cleaned up the account that they consider the account to be spamming, my enthusiasm for monitoring the development of crypto through Twitter is starting to fade. I only follow King Theis for my signals and options for which coin to trade. But I guess there are a lot of popular twitter accounts that I could also follow.
In Twitter, I try to read only the pages of projects that are interesting to me, or the pages of the creators of these projects, for example the page of Vitalik.
I do follow some twitter account of bounty projects which I work for just to see how popular it is going, Sometimes you can get tweets from the experts regarding the crypto currency like upcoming projects or the status of ICO's.
Now I don’t read Twitter at all. I'm not interesteding in watching the news. already half of the year the news does not give any results.
I don't usually follow twitter accounts but I do check some re-tweets through facebook that is being posted by crypto pages.
And these pages are the ones who are following those twitter accounts for their followers like me.
