i know your feel and what do you think about token now, but the crypto market doesn't same with trader, let's see this Q&A:
1. firstly why you choice their project ? "from their white papper"
- Stupid ! White Papper just theories, you should find their product, their technologies and their future product.
2. How about their team ?
- Dead Coins do not have activity from their project or the core team (DEV) has been run away, so we should look their activity day by day.
3. Etc

For your Question, Utility should have more activity then others. I think HYDRO is best at 2018 and it will die slowly, utility token 0.7% worthly.
Please Note: For anyone if you have a Question please repply this !!

There are a lot of tokens, many of them worth 0. The question is, why and which tokens will gain value in the longterm?

for sure only those coin that has a previous record in my opinion.  which no doubts will gain value again in the future but probably not too much. Because market is very stagnant even now wherein in my view it's to difficult again to make a sudden huge pump even long term.

BTT tokens are in the development process and this seems to have good progress, I think BTT will be able to attract interested people and be able to increase the volume of market capitalization in some time.

As of now I believe qtum, iota, waves has got use case apart from ethereum which is the major contributor. In recent days BTT has taken its position. Already they've got the torrent in use case, and now BTT has been integrated and got added to the market. Getting listed for trading it has gained a good volume on its first day itself.

I'd love to buy a lot of coins, but many beautiful project doesn't need their tokens to release their products... I see a lot of tokens that have not use cases.. why should they go up?
They go up because they are pumping by the speculators. That's why most of them are including on the security list because they have no utility usage and that's the problem.  these days a lot of platforms much more focused to created a platform that doesn't even need the token.

yes... this is the point.  It's incredible how many of these coins were 50x 1 year ago... what could be the cause of this bad dump? People realized that altcoins have not any value in the longterm?

I'm looking at QTUM (100$ ath and 1.8$ now) IOTA (6+$ ath and 0.25$ now) ADA (1$ ath and 0.04$ now) XVG (0.25$ ath and 0,005$ now) MCO (27$ ath and 1.9$ now) PAY (5$ ath and 0.25$ now) ETC (45$ ath and 4$ now)

I could keep write for 1 hour listing all cryptocoins crashed from 1 year to now.

This looks like a huge speculation movement

I won't suggest a utility token that's good for long term. I had assume one utility token and thought of it as a great one but in the end, it's value is becoming lower than lower each day. And this starts to give me regret why I did bought this token because it seemed to be good on its early days after the launch of their ICO.
In short, no one can tell on how long these utility tokens will have that good value and if you're for the long term I'll still say bitcoin.

Buying utility tokens which will bullish in the future is not the main deal but you yourself have to have the ability to control alot of coins because alot have people have tried what you're planning to do but they later regret their action. However, I will advice you to buy token which have a good community support and you can try out agate and LCS.
Great! At least more people will have more chances to store utility tokens for future trading. Much better if that utility tokens will arise to profitable value once the market will be up again for better value. Good community will definitely gain higher demands, when people who been part of will ultimately spread the ideas driven to a certain crypto community. Bigger potential will happen to a token price, demand will become faster which will make price pump frequently.

Yes you are right i think only projects with use cases and good teams coupled with excellent development and marketing will win as far as best utility tokens are concerned i think npxs and xyo can be profitable.in long term personally im in search of legal security tokens now than utility tokens.
