I don't think that the next successful NFT project will necessarily be an avatar/art project.
That space is completely saturated right now and I think that there is very little that new projects can do in order to differentiate themselves from the rest of the JPEGs. Play to earn is also somewhat saturated, with blocks of virtual land selling up to tens of thousands of dollars which make zero sense.
I'd bet my money on the next big NFT project as a corporate rewards token, because that is ultimately where the utility lies with NFTs.

This is true, there's a lot of option now and its hard to say they true potential in the future so its all about the risk and no one can predict the future exactly. NFTs are growing so fast compare to any project, there's a strong demand for this especially those NFTs that are being used in games. I'm into NFT right now, I just hope they continue to grow and not just a pure hype. take out some consideration on getting out in profits rather than getting stuck with the dump.

I would say that there's a pros and cons when dealing with NFTs, the hype, the market manipulation, the trend it's all in there. Just do your own research if you want to be part of this because if you don't know what you are doing you might find yourself spending money but doesn't know how to get your ROI back. Luckily, youtubers are everywhere when introducing these hyped play-to-earn NFT games some of you won't have any problem, plus the internet is always available for more information if you want.

I'd be interested as well. Just think about if you have thousands of AXS tokens that only cost you $100 way before the game started getting lots of gamers onboard. We all wanted to have a huge stash before the price skyrockets.

Don't get fool easily by this NFT Craze, probably whales is just manipulating this kind of NFT collection. Sometimes I doubt that this kind of NFT will really be sold for a huge price. Whales might manipulating the price by committing a fake buy on there own listing just to create a price hype on a certain NFT collection. Having this kind of transaction will result to FOMO buy of retail investor to buy more NFT at high price then whales happily take profit and move on to new target NFT collection.
NFT collection is a very risky investment especially for normal people that has limited budget. You might end up holding worthless NFT that no one has an interest to buy it for you. Better go to NFT with real use to earn profit.
