Talking about bears today is generally not necessary, because today there is a vast majority of them. Those people who today say that BTC is an empty place or something like that are bears who do not want prices to go up.

All traders can be called bulls or bears depending on the phase of the market. Traders after rising prices and selling assets should re-buy and turn into bears.

Bears are a group of traders who, during market shocks, try to sell their coins in order to further reduce their price and buy at a better value. We can clearly see this in recent months, the market is under the influence of bears and is subject to constant manipulation for no apparent reason.

If you have been in this crypto industry, especially in this period, you would keep hearing "bears" Who do you think are the bears that we keep mentioning?
1. Are they some group of people who aim at destroying the market each time?
2. Can anyone at all be call a bear?

Personally, I think that in our current bear period, traders are the main bears because they keep taking us back just because of the little profits they will get.

whales and FUD mate is the only one who keep destroying the market which is the only one as well who can manipulate the directions of growth rate into bearish. "Bearish" is not a people which is it's a scenario that always happens especially when the market experience a massive declined.

The market is not regulated by anyone, including traders or investors. I still believe that it all depends on market demand and the bear market will emerge when demand for coins on a large scale, small traders can only benefit from what they did at that time.

Bears? I think it's probably the whales. It is not known for sure, that's why they are whales. I believe that this is a large group of people who own cryptocurrency, not individuals.

I think that whales are just people who create price manipulation, but they do not create a trend movement. they simply do not have such resources

the bear is the trust of the trader, when there is no trust in the trader, the bear market emerges. The market will grow if there is trust in every trader.

Traders are those with vested interests on the price. The bears are used to describe the behaviors of the market. When the general tendencies is towards a lower price of an asset, you could describe it as the  "bears" taking the market. The opposite describes the market bulls.

The bears and the bulls are the traders. If they have a lot of money respectively can rapidly affect the price.
bears are bulls? The term from which the your words, bears have been explained by other people is the right market situation which traders call them. It's been a long time and the term bear is not believed to be someone but to a group or a team then executes everything to the specified point, but also the trend says otherwise all traders are almost trapped in that condition so the situation is not conducive you can see the term trader on google search engine

the bear here is the state of the market going down and what causes the market to go down is whale they manipulate market prices so i think small traders are not market makers to be bears

So you think just because of whales the market continue to fall? I guess it's a bad prejudice. Many factors make the bearish market stay longer but not the whales which are the main cause. Take a look at the negative news that has come up so far, many countries that give poor results to the regulation of cryptocurrency, scammers and hackers are other causes that provide a longer bearish market stay.

The market is moving in groups of people. What motives they have, what they strive for, unfortunately, we cannot know. If we knew, we could benefit from it.
All the scammers, some members of teams are bears. That's for sure.

Traders can not be bears or bulls in the long run. Sometimes a trade can last a split second. They do not move the market, but create additional liquidity for the market.

Yeah for sure. I have heard that the market is still manipulated from big whales and the reason of this fall is that another big guys wanted to enter the market. The market was dumped and as soon as these guys will fill their pockets, we will fly.

Anyone can be a bear. Bear is someone that is pessimistic about price of Bitcoin. Some people are always pessimistic. Some people are always optimistic. They are bulls. Many people are sometimes optimistic and other time pessimistic. That sounds most reasonable. So they are at some point bears and at other time bulls.

No, imagine, no one trade for one day. What wll occur, volume will be zero and people will think that it's the end. They will start panicking and sell with lower price. The price will be dumped more. I think everything is okay now.

Bears are usually associated with big traders who are shorting the market. Perhaps those weak hands or panic sellers can also be included in this category  Grin

you are indeed confusing a lot of different definitions with each other!

first lets start with the market definitions:
bull market: is simply a market where you expect prices to go higher so in this market buying on each dip is recommended.
bear market: is simply a market where you expect prices to drop and continue to go down so in this market selling on each high is recommended.

similarly a bull is a trader that speculates the market is in "bull mode" so he acts accordingly (buys in dips) and a bear is the opposite meaning he sells.

the only trick to be successful is to speculate when it is a bull market and we are in a bear market so that you can act accordingly because if you act as a bull in a bear market or a bear in a bull market you will lose money because you are going against the current.

you have really made me understand the whole terms. Thanks a lot and indeed, I was confused at first but you have clarified things to me.
I will not blame people for selling at higher prices this time again because that's the only way to make money.
