The word "dinosaur" implies extinction, so I would say the true dinosaurs of Bitcoin are the central banks, and entities such as the FED.

Brontosaurus Tux checking in to ask, WTF?

Wouldn't you be more like a Brunosaurus Rex?  Cheesy
...or maybe a Pterodactyl Phinnaeus?

I am hoping that in 10 years, most people in the world will call anybody that commented on this thread a dinosaur!

So you mean we are now in a cryptassic age

and waiting for the mass extinction of fiat

Satoshi was the first dinosaur, but we are in the prehistoric age too.
The very first users were "innovators", we are "early adopters".

I would be okay with early adopters, but the news everyday like dish accepting btc and yahoo putting price index makes me that it has goen mainstream and i am a laggard

Would a more apt comparison for dinosaurs be dead businesses? Mt. Gox would seem to be on the extinction list.

Dinosaurs are extinct and many of the 'old-time' Bitcoin users are still around, so I don't understand the comparison.

Dinosaur refers both to their stature and being pre historic animal, in crypto world even 5 years is a triassic jurassic period

There was that KnightMB fellow who apparently had 100,000 BTC at one point. Not sure what happened to him though.
