I do not believe that hold can bring you profit at this point, you can see that although bitcoin prices are constantly increasing in the past few days but the price of altcoin is still very strong, so I believe that this time you should only trading day and short-term investment. In the long term, bitcoin prices are still in the down cycle in the long run so I believe that you always have a plan in place for this time.

Bitcoin and ethereum are good crypto currency to hold for a period of time pending when their value appreciate and at the same time most of other altcoins are equally believed to be good since most of them reack to the market situations of Ethereum.

I think that it is really good and even better than just trading on the daily basis. To my mind, it is better to use crypto currency for the long-term and sell it when the price is high which is predicted for the future

for crypto holding besides ethereum and bitcoin I think it still raises doubts, because I believe it still needs to be studied further where now bitcoin and ethereum are still one of the most potent coins. but maybe in the future if there is another good altcoin and potentially can be held for long term. and we have to believe that

Recent days we can say that holding is not actual anymore because our dips and highs are becoming so long lasting, help year ago they were really more often and the fluctuations were faster.

I believed in holding because those guys that are bitcoin millionaires are the long term holders of bitcoin.
If you watched some altcoins made 38000% in the last 18 months.
Those coins are ripple and verge of which feeble minded people sold thinking it is a shit coin for example if you had hold 100000 ripple when it is penny ,you would have made 300000 dollars when it is sold 3 dollar per coin.
The same thing applicable to verge coin.

man if I looks back I can see that I am good at hodling than actual trading myself. It's frustrating if you can't handle the pressure to trading every day, I just choose the easy way, hodl.

Holding will always have a chance to increase their price easily but most people will not wait too much longer for profits. Surely we can make huge profits if we manage to hold them for the long-term look at the Bitcoin price, already the price increased a lot in the market and this makes me hold the coin little longer.
