I will continue to believe in holding because by holding will prevent us from losing, you can even hold for the long term and you will not lose because the price will definitely rise again
Holding is a good idea coz many people believe in bitcoin that bitcoin price will be pump more and more.That's why people holding bitcoin now and thats why the price for it will go up.
There are some "younger" coins other than bitcoin or ethereum which shows bad price on the first of its release and rockets after a couple of time later (even though the market was falling hard). Without being said, HODLING is a very good choice for you to take if you want a long-time investment, as long as the coin (or the project) was potential.
I am one of the holders. I'm holding a number of altcoin that I think is potential. I will never sell them now. I believe the market will recover and prices will rise again. Holding is the best way to protect your property at this time.
I have always believed in holding, I really do not have much experience in the market, but holding them long helps me sell at good prices.
Well sometimes holding is a very nice strategy on trading (if you are doing short trades of 1 day - 2 days max) because if the coin is good, it will go up no matter what
For sure there are so many people now are believing in holding because the market is very low now, so the best thing people can do is to just hold there cryptos and i am believing in holding because this the best answer on how we can be profitable. 
It is important to HODL if you believe that the cryptocurrency you have will one day rise again. Selling your cryptocurrency at a lower price just to cut lose is not a good idea for me because you already lose some. In hodling, you just have to wait because once it will go up again, you will be delighted with the results.

I have always believed in holding, only in the long run you can make a profit from your coin.
I dare to hold an asset only bitcoin and ethereum in this difficult situation because it is seen from these two coins, the possibility of traders in seeking future profits is still maintained by the existence of an exchange rate movement which often experiences rapid increases.
I'am the one who believes on that because someday hodling is the key to a big success. I hodl so many altcoins that have potencial to be hit on the market just like bitcoin back on the days the no one believe on it.

I itn that you should only hold when the market is rising and if the market is bearish in the long run as of the moment, I believe you will not be able to profit from the hold. The market is increasingly volatile, so you should only invest in short-term and bitcoin trading to be profitable with the least risk. HODLING is holding accompanied by believing that the value of the coin will catch up and rise again. This is very applicable for the investors with great patience. Don't lose your patience, don't let emotions got in the way. Crypto market has its ups and downs. Better to wait than lose.
