They make various excuses to pay the salarmuirmirmiejry.

I don't think they need to make excuses. If you post this kind of garbage for your bounty tasks and don't bother to proof-read - you can't expect to be paid anything of value.

Ultimately it's the fault of bounty managers - they shouldn't take on shitty projects (at least not without escrow), and they should enforce quality controls. But if you're blindly signing up for campaigns that have none of that, you shouldn't be complaining.

Do you really think that all of those 100 projects have a solid future? will they all raise the necessary funds through crowdfunding? Of course, no. But you ignore that fact and still participating in all.
My impression of bounty hunters has always been that they're desperate for money (or just plain greedy), and that's why they'll take the chance that they'll get scammed in the end after doing whatever work the bounty requires.  I can't think of any other reason why so many people would participate in these idiotic project bounties that pay out in tokens that will most likely be worthless.

And OP, you registered here late last year (assuming that's your only account), thus you're new to all of this.  But for those of us who've been here a few years, the problem of scamming bounties is nothing new.  I'm pretty sure the same scams have been going on since the beginning of bounties back in 2017 or so.

If you really want to earn money on bitcointalk--and I don't think that's a good reason for being a member here--you should join a bitcoin-paying signature campaign managed by a reputable campaign manager.  They're much harder to get into than bounties, but you generally wouldn't have to worry about getting scammed.

The participants in the bounty are working hard day after day. But the bounty participants are not getting any profit / money. If it is a real project, the team of the project is not keeping their promise.

"Real" project! As DireWolfM14 said, you would do your own research before joining bounties, and I'm saying it's once again because SafeCovid ....
I wonder who believes crap like this would turn to be a real project.

You know this thing is also a double-edged sword, right? A lot of bounty hunters care only about their tokens, I've seen hundreds of them claiming that project x and y is not a scam because they've paid their bounty, in your eyes, it doesn't matter if you advertised a project that will most likely end with all the investors losing money as long as you get to dump some tokens at the launch and get some precious $.

Just like there is nobody protecting investors from a shitcoin failure the only protection you can get with bounties is by demanding payment in BTC and the funds secured with escrow, but nobody will do that because 99% of those projects are launched with a 100$ budget.

If it continues like this, everyone will lose confidence in Bounty.

You're late by a few years, there is no confidence left, it's pure gambling, and hoping one out of many will pay.

Bounties can result to scam, bounty hunters are paid in coins or tokens that is being promoted. This makes it difficult or impossible for the bounty manager to have escrowed amount. The promoted coin or token can be manipulated and it might not even later exist.

If you want a campaign that will not lead to scam, go for signature campaigns in which certain amount would have been escrowed to a reputed campaign manager before the start of the campaign, else good luck.

<...>
In addition, some bounty projects are pump and dump. Also, like you commented, many will result to exit scam.

Bounty programs lost confidence a long time ago when bounty hunters farming accounts and participate with automated scripts and providing low-quality marketing campaigns.
Which are bounty participants working hard? Mostly they are all spammers who write nonsense on social networks, "good project" "nice idea"...
None of them does make any research about the project and does not consider the potential success or failure of the project itself. They only know to fill the form, post proof of auth post and spam with report link.
Bounty hunter which has no repost, like, comment on their posts it is just a waste of time and resources. He brought nothing in promoting the project.

You, for example, probably participate in all of the bounty programs listed here. Do you really think that all of those 100 projects have a solid future? will they all raise the necessary funds through crowdfunding? Of course, no. But you ignore that fact and still participating in all. It's easier for you bounty hunters to participate, even to do some research is it worth.

I agree with you, bounty hunters need to be paid, but what you will do with a useless token on your wallet? A token that never had to go to the exchange and never will worth any penny?
Probably BH can think about creating a syndicate or something like that and set some norms and minimum quality. (it's just an idea)

To be clear, I do not defend any project which denies paying for the bounty program, but it is pointless to blame only them. as long as you bounty hunters are eager to access such programs and they will have such an attitude towards you bounty hunters.

Short answer: No one.

I hate to be callus about this, but if bounty hunters refuse to take the time to research the projects they support, this kind of thing will never stop.  As long as there are gullible people wiling to shill for projects that turn out to be scams 99.9% of the time, there will be scammers to take advantage of them.

The altcoin section and specifically the bounty section is full of scammers.  Most of the time bounties are paid in the altcoin which the project is promoting, so even if the bounty hunters get paid there's no guarantee the altcoin will ever have any value.  The project could be just priming the altcoin for an exit scam anyway, so unless the bounty hunter is able to cash out early, his time has been wasted.  That's assuming the there's a market (and/or exchange listing) for the altcoin in the first place.  Never trust the project promotors' claims of the value of their altcoins, without a market there's no way to confirm, and more often than not, it's a lie to lure in the gullible and the greedy.

Currently the bounty forum is filled with scammer. Currently many new bounties have coming. Be it real or scam project.
The participants in the bounty are working hard day after day. But the bounty participants are not getting any profit / money. If it is a real project, the team of the project is not keeping their promise. They make various excuses to pay the salarmuirmirmiejry. And they find ways to escape. No action was taken against them later.
If it continues like this, everyone will lose confidence in Bounty.
In this situation, the bounty managers have some influence.
Does anyone have any such solution? Through which it will be possible to prevent scammer.
