Who in the world controls the bitcoin? I don't understand where it appeared and how it began to be one of the official currencies?
Who controls the course of Bitcoin?

The whole idea of bitcoin is NOBODY to control it.The currency should be fully decentralized and anonymous.

The bitcoin "course" is controled by supply and demand like every currency.

If you are asking who is holding the largest amount of btc,i don`t know...

Literally, bitcoin was controlled by the owner who has the possession on it. If you own coins then you have controlled of it. If you put it an exchange then you don't have control over it. But in general as a whole, no main institutions holds and control bitcoin overall.

No one controls it, it is a technology. People can buy/save/spend bitcoin - but there is no one person or entity who owns it, it is decentralised.

Bitcoin is anonymous so no one controls it except the owner itself  but I think its not really anonymous cause you can see all the transactions in a thing called blockchain.

no particular person controls bitcoin but a well established group of rich traders I believe, or you can think all the people and miners control bitcoin.
rich traders dont have too much power too, especially if people decide to dump all their bitcoins the whales will definitely not manipulate the price, the same like during the bitfinex theft

I heard that china can control the price of bitcoin.. but for now the price is decreases because of bitfinex problem and i think china has no plan to sell there bitcoins instead they will buy more yto control and increase the value of bitcoins..
They can only partially control the price. They have a bigger say than most of us do, but by no means do they completely rule the Bitcoin world. Bitcoin's meant to be decentralized, but that doesn't mean somebody can sway your opinion to one side rather than the other.

the controler of bitcoin is the users of it, because it base on the demand of users. It will helps if all of us will promote bitcoin in a lot of people who do not know about bitcoin

Yeah everyone can control their bitcoins. But only if you has bitcoin in wallet you have some control it. Only thing you should not share your wallet's private key to anyone. Because If they came to know. They can hack it as well.

the fact that bitcoin is decentralized means nobody control it but yourself.
but you can think the big holders is the person who can control bitcoin.
by buying and selling the coin , they can control the price.
am i right?

@OP Bitcoin is a currency which is decentralized; meaning that there is no "head" that exists and everyone can equally be involved in the network and have as much control as everyone else. If I wanted to I could get involved with mining and set up my own node, and I would control Bitcoin as much as the next person.

There isn't anyone who controls Bitcoin, and that's part of why it is so valuable. No-one can corrupt it, as only the software exists to exert control.

Who controls the course of Bitcoin?
Well noone and everyone, depends how you look at things.
Bitcoin is controlled by users, miners and exchanges at once. No central point of failure.
in my point view exchanges can't control bitcoin too, all control is under user when all bitcoin user left then by slowly bitcoin will be gone.

In my own perspective the only one who can control bitcoin is the owner, i dont know if im right. just my opinion though.
Many factors  can affect the bitcoin price, but no one can manipulate it and thats  the good isde of bitcoin.

Your perspective way of thinking is definetly right, We have the same  in common of thinking regarding of this question.
I really do believe that "WE" are the only one who can control bitcoins.  So we need to control it wisely so the price will increase wisely also. Wink

Who controls the course of Bitcoin?

Since that bitcoins is decentralized it shows that bitcoin can't control it by anyone , Meaning any government  to all countries they cannot handle it since it is uncontrollable instead of beating bitcoin they joined or mass adoption was being implemented in the other country. And that's the real identity and natutre of bitcoins.

Being a decentralized currency there is no one actual owner or manager of bitcoin as a currency. Price of bitcoin is directly co related to the rule of demand and supply that says ‘when demand increases, price also increases and when demand falls, price also falls’. So the community is actually controlling bitcoin, so if I am doing something with my coins it will affect the network but it won’t be even worth noticing but if many people are doing something with their bitcoins it will affect the network and it will also visible (just like current situation). So I am controlling bitcoin, you are controlling it and everyone using it is controlling it.
