Totally out of business. My rigs are still great. But what happened to people with contracts? Were you screwed?

When can we expect the prices for each 200 MHPS to be adjusted to reflect the last set of changes in difficulty ?

Will the prices be updated for each subsequent difficulty change ?

At the current $500 / 200 MHPS they appear to be a very expensive way of obtaining BTC.

Why would I not just purchase the BTC at the exchanges ? What does taking one of these mining contracts provide over that ?

I am interested in investing in these mining contracts, but either the price for each 200 MHPS needs to fall considerably OR the MHPS for each $500 needs to increase considerably.

Just a note to say that I heard back from Brock yesterday, and got my first bitcoins today (0.35). I hope that was for a partial day, and that I get more tomorrow - not exactly sure what to expect. I purchased the 200 MHPS 3month rental.

Brock has answered emails but only to say that they have a "huge backlog" due to demand of the 6990.  Essentially if you order today or whenever, you get put on a list and must wait.  But you wont get in line until you first pay/order a rig.  The only telephone number they provide is to the parent (supplier) company ZAreason.  First come first sever.  There needs to be big price correction in BTC or perhaps better video cards hitting market to open up this bottleneck at the retail level.  It will happen but will take time.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope other customers will also post their feedback.

What can I say? Growing pains. Bitcoin's explosive growth has brought us a lot of customers that are keeping us very busy.

Hi - I placed an order for the rig rental service on Saturday 4th June. I haven't heard anything since then. On the site, my order is "Awaiting Fulfillment." I sent an email tonight requesting an update/estimate. Will post again if I hear anything.

I started receiving bitcoins from BitcoinRigs.com two days ago. Always around 9:30 h. But today I have not received any bitcoins and no answer to my messages.

Maybe I will sent an e-mail.

-- UPDATE ---

I just received my bitcoins.
Thank you!

He did reply and said the 6990s are not to be found any where. I believe him since it is true. I think he is just busy. I still have my order open and trusting. I don't want this post to make him lose orders, at least not yet. So do order.

I submitted an order a few days ago and ever since, he no longer answers my emails. It is very disconcerting. I still have faith, it's just very odd that he answered most emails before but none after an order.

Holiday weekend perhaps?

FWIW, I've bought two machines from Brock and been very happy with the machines and his customer service. Yes, you pay a premium for his building expertise; I looked at the cost of spending a weekend building vs. having the machine working and mining out of the box and it was a no-brainer.

Try him at http://www.linkedin.com/in/zareason

I am having a hard time getting in contact with bitcoinrigs.com about a purchase. My PMs aren't doing it.  Does anyone have a phone number or an address where their rig shipped from?

Brock Stanford <[email protected]> is who Im looking for. Anyone know Brock?

He was just replying to my emails.
I'm thinking of buying soon and need to know if I'm making a good choice. Keep me updated.
