I do but I get used to it because I live in big city
I live in a very crowded area and I'm surrounded by noise on daily basis and it sucks! 
Usually I fall asleep without any problems. I need only minute or two. But sometimes noise at 3 a.m. makes me angry..
I dont care about it. I live in a big city and it doesnt bother me.
Most of the people hate noise, because it is distracting and unnecessary. Get some ear buds to block em noise!
Am ao angry right now, cant get a good rest because my neighbour is just playing crazy loud music, am i the only one that hates noise ??
