They are not only hopping but they are sure that market will rise to this extent very soon, crypto currency is totally based on our internal interest if we will take advantage of buying at low price and selling at high price future will be bright itself and increasing number of acceptance is a positive sign that we are going to have price above 20k this year once again.

I would argue about traders and bounty hunters as well.
First and foremost, the vast majority of bounty hunters dump their earned crypto immediately when they get them and they convert it to fiat. They don't care about the ecosystem, they are just trying to make some money.
Also, some traders have benefits from the price declines. For them, it is better not to have always a high price because it may decrease their returns.

However, we hope that these hopes can be achieved in the future. the amount of fomo out there about bitcoin makes people doubt about bitcoin. Well your joke sounds funny but it is reality Satoshi has allot of profit and money from crypto currency, there are so many people who are having and who had good experience with bitcoin, they are sure if today price is low so we can buy at good price but later on it will rise higher, this is matter of time we have to buy and sell at right time.

Devs and community Bitcoin holders why? First as a developer they tend on making Bitcoin more useful for everyone.
