Among them are Lauda, Yahoo, Sylon, Needmoney, etc. Most of them are Legendaries with good trust ratings which is a big factor to consider when choosing a project.
Sylon is banned and Needmoney is red tagged. How can we believe such a person. Lauda is also red tagged for scammming someone also, it's quite arguable.
Anyway, I don't think Needmoney is someone whom we can trust since he is promoting scam projects.

until now the best manager in handling the bounty program is yahoo62278 because until now he is competent with his work and very strict in carrying out the rules so that there is no spam at all

He is part of Bitcointalk Signature Anti-Spam Campaign Managers.

So everyone who's found on that list can be trusted and considered as a good-best bounty manager.

this information is very good and complete with the best managers I often follow projects from them like Yahoo, Woshib is very transparent in counting stake. thanks for the information
Woshib is also fine because he's on that list.

You can use that list as a reference for the campaigns or bounties that you want to have security for your rewards. But right now, it seems that they have few campaigns and bounties managed right now. If you found any of them managing a campaign, its recommended to be there.

I think it's Aerys2, it allows very fair and enables the awards to be sent very quickly. And it's really hard to figure out if the campaigns are scam.

I can not think of any manager which I can call "the best." I've had bad experiences with bounties before and I've just came back. Probably I'd choose myself as the best manager because I have managed my work while doing bounties but I do not mean the best bounty manager because I never happen to become one.
But the question is all about those bounty managers. Yes you can be the best manager on your own depending on how you are good in managing your works. But when it comes to bounty managing, things are becoming different. You have to manage a lot of participants that are sending their works and you need to verify and check them from time to time.

Determining the quality of a project by a manager is not exactly the right and correct tactic. You must consider many factors. There are undoubtedly worthy managers on the forum who take on projects after conducting a complete analysis of white paper and teams. But they always have a lot of participants. Thus, bounty hunters have a low payment result. I like working with Yahoo. He is not always delicate in communication, but he adheres to the correct tactics, trying to improve the content  by limiting the number of participants in his Signature Campaigns

One of the best bounty managers is Amazix. As far as I know they lead good projects and they have quite strict rules for both bounty hunters and project developers. I also like Hitachi managers.
I think quite the opposite. Amaziks one of the worst teams. They constantly detain calculations in the tables, disrespect the community, constantly ban them for no reason, etc.

It is not never a bounty manager to get a fraud project. But they always learn from things they have experienced. Some other bounty managers would want to get good projects and solutions. But even though it has been investigated if the bankrupt or failed project itself is not the wrong bounty manager. We not only depend on the bounty manager but try to choose a good bounty project yourself. A good project depends on the manager of the failed bounty.

I think it's yahoo. She/he is the best one. Yahoo never compromises with the rules and always provides the best campaign. If there is a campaign from yahoo, I would join without thinking a moment.

Partially my fault, but I've had bad experiences working under Yahoo in the past. Lutpin, in my opinion, is better, but also this day and age the best bet is third party agencies. (Not Amazix, they suck)

It seems to me that they are no longer there. All managers have gone bad. Do not count the tables, do not answer community questions, are rude in chat rooms. Perhaps this is due to the current state of the market.

There are many well known bounty managers on this forum who are good. Among them are Lauda, Yahoo, Sylon, Needmoney, etc. Most of them are Legendaries with good trust ratings which is a big factor to consider when choosing a project. But I wouldn't pinpoint which one is the best. It will boil down to each of us to look beyond who is the manager and research and analyze the project itself if it is legit, potential, and promising.

Yes. Indeed, the bounty manager before managing their project first checked the truth of a project, meaning they made sure that the project could be trusted. But they were also unable to check up to 100% that the project they managed could be trusted well. Because they are not likely to visit the developer of the project. Well, in this case the manager of bounty often gets redtrust, even though the fault is not in the manager, but in the ICO developer.
I think all manager bounties are good, with the reason they keep paying for our work according to what they promised.

Is that a new method to choose bounty?
For me it is something new indeed.
Previously I have never used such method. In my opinion it shouldn't be the main reason for bounty.
