Slava Ukraini!
I voted for Putin. He have a lot of power and West World afraid him. But they have to respect Putin.
Trump is talking loudly, but he is looking like populist. If he will become president of USA, I don't he will make lot of crazy things about which he is talking now.
I didn't heard lot about Duterte. I think he is powerful in his country only and world don't care much about him.
I think Kim Jong Un is worth to be mentioned. North Korea is unpreadictable country and they can make a lot of damage. But sometimes they are looking like small barking puppy.

In my opinion, Merkel from Germany.
She really proved that she is leader and statesman, not only politicians like others.
She accepted million Muslim last year and saved their life, gave them second chance when all other countries in europe showed how selfish and they are, thinking only about their own interest.
She solved problem with Greece, Euro, EU unity and many other issues...
Do you mean the most crazy leader?   Many Europeans live in poverty, it's not selfish but common sense. Merkel is a fascist, she wants to force her politics and discrimination on all of Europe. She's also the reason for Brexit. Greece remained fucked up.

Nobody else was capable to deal with such huge problems.
It's obvious that she is ready even to do unpopular hings and loose elections but will never give up her ideas and will always do the right thing, even if people or all nation don't understand or don't accept her decision.
I admire her for it.

I can't choose anyone from that list. I'm wondering why you have not included Kim Jong-un in the list?  Smiley

If seriously I think no leader can change the world for better, only people if they have good will can.

Vladimir Putin is proven a great leader for so many years now. With that choices he is more experience than the other. But I think Duterte CAN PROVE to be a great leader in the next few years with his decision making.

Someone with the tenacity of Lee Kuan Yew, the steadfastness of Golda Meir, the humility of Gandhi, the approachability of Obama, the communication style of Reagan, the financial wizardry of Iacocca...and the popularity of Justin Trudeau.

Quote
1. The most crazy decision making and it's effectiveness
2. Leadership
3. Military tactician

Most crazy: Angela Merkel, very effective at her goals of destroying German nationalism and values
Leadership: Xi Jingping, reform of China from poor communist country to world player
Military: Arabs. They manipulate everyone (including Russia, Europe and US) in fighting their wars (Syria) and don't get any blame (for funding ISIS and terror groups)

From the options there, I Dont see any one of them changing the world because the world as it is today, is too large for one person to change and even one person is not strong enough to make that happen as they can all function in their respective jurisdiction and make their impact extending their reach beyond that is call to trouble... But on the basis of countries then they are good leaders in their own capacity based on the subjectivity analysis on the person doing the evaluation...

Yep. Basically someone does not necessarily have the capabilities to do what they had just done, to a greater scale than what he has done to his jurisdiction. If you are a good town mayor, that doesn't necessarily translate that you will be a good President.

Among the three, i'd have to go with putin. I don't think trump has a sure chance of winning and duterte is just beginning his presidency and it seems like he's emulating the brand of governance putin is showing.

I vote for President Rodrigo duterte and im from the Philippines. A simple and very intelligent man. In just 3 months hundreds of thousands of drug addicts voluntarily surrendered and willing to rehabilitate. Everyone admires him even in other countries and leaders of the countries.

It's probably a guy that is not even running for presidency. There are lots of people out there with great ideas but unfortunately they will never get elected.

From the ones that had a shot, I think Ron Paul could have been a great POTUS, much better than Hillary and Trump.

I don't have enough info about Rodrigo Duterte but If I had to choose between Trump or Putin , I will go with Putin. U.S leaders most of the time tend to interfere in other peoples business (check all Middle east countries now) and that's definitely not something a real leader would do.

Rodrigo duterte is the newly elect president on the philippines and starting to lnow because of his good decision making and the way he handle different situation. His way of leadership is just like putin and trump, they are all bold and brave.

Voted for Putin due to 1 and 2. And Trump is yet to lead a country.

Military tactician? I don't think Duterte and Trump have those experiences. And I guess even Putin didn't have an experience on wars? Also Philippines at least right now don't have any capabilities militarily.

Trump will become leader soon. I can smell it.. not only war is the basis on military handling. Think twice before commenting that. Their are a lot of terrorism and criminality that involves military. Duterte is good on handling military forces on philippines to control drag activities. He is genius on using it. As of now, the criminality on the philippines is starting to decrease.
