many replies thanks, looks like they trying to brainwash me, ive been insulting them for a long time and know over a hundred employees.

Will kick them off social media when can do so.
You insulted them ? then expect more in return because this is not the best way to treat your issue inside exchange, and kicking their social media
will only cost you more.
Why not try to make settlement instead of making such actions?

and also you never replies here again , is the case closed now? did the team from coinbase returned your funds already? mind updating here about your case.

And obviously they lied to you I dude, However try to keep continue to contact their support, because coinbase is the only one knows where

you cannot recover it, its hard to accept but you need to move on now, I know the feeling of
losing a coins via transactions, but take it as a lesson learn.

This is sad but truth be told, I don't think coinbase would care about such matter as much as we hope they would. And the bugger problem is that you are only asking again about this now which you could've done over and over again to get them to give you the results you want. Because that is money, the amount doesn't matter. The point is that they carry the trust of their users and because of this, they should do their utmost best to provide exemplary services. We aren't children playing pretend. The people in higher positions should look closely in who they hire or if this is their own doing, they should realize that at some point this will drag their platform down.

Because this forum is for everyone and everyone can comment, as long as they do not break the rules.
Satoshi's philosophy of creating Bitcoin is based on freedom. Limiting it to anyone would be contrary to the philosophy of decentralization, that is, controlling freedom.
I am not saying that this is a perfect solution, I just try to explain that if someone agrees with the philosophy of decentralization and freedom, he should also understand such situations.

Trolling like this is inevitable and good thing there are some members which could really able to share it up because not all would be aware on whats the past or things been doing by someone.

Dont know on what he do pertain about bitcointalk.org members as its clear as day that those funds are already put up on his coinbase account which means
there are no other people who do have access but only him and Coinbase. If those coins had been sitted for a while and its been transferred

In your topic, Bitcointalk.org members has no access to your personal details from coinbase.
so how could you say they lied to you by how?
if you perform a transaction and after which your currency were moved from the wallet how does it affect this forum for you to say they lied to you, it is Coinbase and they are reliable and responsible for moved of your coin. Now i ask if you actually use the correct details to send out your coin?

What if your coinbase account was accessed by someone and stole BCH from your wallet. And you know coinbase support system sucks and many people can't recover their funds from Coinbase account for simple mistakes which can be resolved in minutes but for some reasons coinbase never wanted them to do.
That would be a huge process or set up. We all knew that if you got hacked, all the money drained is not gonna reimbursed or paid by coinbase, provided that the scene or incident happened on their cause but if its on you then say goodbye to that fund.

If anyone would stay their coins on an exchange make sure its small cause we dont know what would happened or at least actively monitored it everyday if you dont havw time then transfer it on your own wallet with private key.

Possible but its hard to believe that it could be accessed specially it does have that SMS authentication or email whenever you do tend to logged in unless if its known then he could have been hacked.
This is why its never suggested to store up coins on an exchange platform for long.

As long you are sure that there are no other people who knows your coinbase account and have able to access some verification like email or sms then for sure there are no other people
should be blamed but coinbase itself. This is the cons on using up centralized exchanges on which you cant really be sure on what would happen into your funds if you do tend to
store it for some time.THey do have the keys on such wallet and all the possible access  thats why aside from getting hacked then for sure there's some shady things

It is certain that if the address you provided was created by Coinbase, only Coinbase employees can access the private keys.
However, access to the funds on your Coinbase account may also be available to a person who knows your password and had access to your phone at that time (to confirm the transaction with the code).
I haven't heard of Coinbase cheating, but mistakes can always happen. If I were you, I would try to explain how this transaction was confirmed - that is, whether it was a code from a phone or a private key.

Coinbase employees! They are the ones that lied to you. Actually, this is one of the disadvantage of using centralized exchanges. They have your private key and who knows, there's sometimes a hack or somehow, it gets compromised. If you had this funds in your own wallet(not on an exchange), you funds won't be missing unless you gave out your private key(intentionally or not), that's the only way it could have happened. In your current case, only Coinbase has your private key, whether they took your funds or it was a glitch, they are to be held responsible as it was in their care.

Would we call this a scam by coinbase but no media will highlight this.  Angry All the centralized exchanges and wallets behave like this and we cannot trust any of them. Its better that we keep out money in our personal wallets and stop using the scam services.

They always warn users to use the correct address for any type of transaction and you are responsible if you make a transaction at the wrong address.  Only if you send your funds to Coinbase to an unregistered Gmail address, they can return it after a certain period (they did it before, I got my funds back, they sent me back the right amount).  But for any type of wallet address created for the right assets from Coinbase, they don’t have access to funding recovery.  If there is any possibility of accessing that address by a private key, it should be reserved only to higher authorities.  Otherwise, there will always be a risk of being compromised.
So if your problem is still not solved, I would recommend that you try to contact the authorities in any way and they can solve it for you.

have you people any idea what kind of an extreame damage the misinformation provided by the forum members here have caused me ?

This is a Bitcoin forum.  You are asking a question about a scam-coin known as "Bitcoin Cash".  If Bitcoin Cash implemented a system by which a miner can steal funds from someone that accidentally creates a transaction using a public key and output script from a Bitcoin Segwit address, then that's new news to me (but not surprising at all).

I suggest you take this up with the creators and maintainers of Bitcoin Cash.

Honestly, though, it seems to me that you are grossly misunderstanding what has happened and therefore misrepresenting it in your questions. This misrepresentation has led a bunch of newbies, clout-chasers, and signature-advertisement spammers to regurgitate things they've seen written in the past that they think might be related to what you've asked, regardless of how accurate or helpful it actually is.  You shouldn't trust every bit of nonsense that you see written by random strangers on the internet. In this forum, you'll get some very good information from some experts, and a whole lot of crap from a lot of people that just like to see their own words in written form.  It's up to you to sift through the information and use critical thinking to determine what makes sense and what is nonsense.  It is not the fault of "us people" if you have:

1) Decided to use a scam-coin.
2) Created a bad transaction in that scam-coin.
3) Used something you've seen written by a random unknowledgeable person in a way that has caused "extreme damage to you".

In this situation, it appears that BCH funds were sent to a segwit BTC address. These are not funds that Coinbase has the ability to recover. However, the BCH protocol allows miners to sweep these funds in certain scenarios. This is what most likely occurred here. You can review this yourself by viewing the most recent transaction associated with the address these funds were sent to originally: https://www.blockchain.com/bch/address/pr994hajwtscfvgcprmak52czn95uyg6gu6kysfpcq

BCH addresses that begin with "p" denote that this is actually the cash address format for a segwit BTC address. You will notice that all the inputs are "p" addresses. This indicates that a BCH miner swept all the BCH funds from those transactions that were sent to segwit BTC addresses.

Kind regards,
Coinbase Support

A company interested in their clients could take part in discussions made in these forums to help them face their problem. It'd be very pleasant for the forum users and they could also attract more people too. A perfect marketing move for a newly appeared company. I don't fault if they're as big as Coinbase; bitcointalk.org doesn't have the appropriate audience for them.

The members here said that only Coinbase employees can access these Coins with private keys.
I doubt the employees are able of such thing. Only the administrators, the ones who own Coinbase, can access everyone's keys. An employee could steal them really easily otherwise.

Your lost, so far, is an example that why people should not store their cryptocurrency on centralized platforms. Coinbase is centralized and they are too dutiful to obey regulations from governments too.

It is a lie that they say coins on their exchanges were moved, and they are unknown about it, are not responsible for it.

ive been insulting them for a long time and know over a hundred employees.
Insulting individual employees isn't exactly the best way to get them to help you recover your funds. Most employees at a customer support level are just doing their jobs and are feeding you the only lines they are allowed to. It's not their fault Coinbase as a company is completely amoral, and their customer support employees certainly don't have access to the necessary private keys to refund your coins.

Usually what happens is that they say they can't recover individual coins sent to the wrong address, usually because it will cost them more to do than your future business is worth if they lose you as a customer over such an issue, and it does bring security risks to use private keys to make transactions on chains they weren't meant for. So they blow off anyone who contacts them with such an issue with the standard "We cannot be held responsible for your mistakes" type email. Then, at some point down the line, the higher-ups in Coinbase sweep en masse all the funds which various users and sent to the wrong address, as can be seen by the 50-input transaction which swept yours. Most users have long forgotten about their lost coins, and so Coinbase just keeps them for themselves. You'll need to ask a customer support employee nicely to escalate it up the chain to someone who can help. Insulting them will likely just earn you more canned responses.

So it was not a good idea to call the support email clerk a dumb squeeling rat ?

Ive been doing that on Twitter, many of them are angry that i exposed Facebook as a scam where as the Board members and executives get most of their self esteem and idendity from having a lot of money.

Why are you even bothered by this anyway. Just think about it on your own, if Coinbase (regardless of whether it's employee A or B, or a team of high-level management) doesn't have access to the wallets then how on earth they can manage their business. Sure, maybe not everyone can access it but I'm pretty sure the Bitcointalk member you mentioned doesn't really mean it this way. You were complaining about this 2.5 years ago, and somebody answered you back then.

The same address received some BTC. https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3L8yHKLYoFJYSjj6XVwYpDJ5upHV8giwnp

Does this address belong to your Coinbase account? If it does, then it proves you accidentally sent your BCH to a BTC address and Coinbase doesn't have an obligation to return it.

You sent your BCH to your BTC address instead of the BCH address assigned to your account.

It appears Coinbase did manage to move it, and that was after you contacted them. You might want to try again.

The only people who can access Coinbase's private keys and Coinbase's addresses is Coinbase. They have swept coins sent to the wrong addresses in the past, despite claiming that they cant recover them, not told the users in question and just pocketed the difference. I would suggest you contact them with the proof of transaction (provided that address really does belong to them) and threaten legal action if they do not return your coins.

Coinbase obviously lied to you. They, and only they, have access to the private key to that public key. The person from Coinbase’s support who talked to you probably, doesn’t know how anything technically works, or there’s a policy not to help users with that kind of problem.
