BTC Guild found the last 50 BTC block.  Slush found the first 25 BTC block.  Both pools were reported properly on blockchain.info Smiley.

ah that's what it was. thank you!

Please, slush, find that key and sign my junk!  Grin

I thought it was Slush's pool that found the block?

Slush relayed it for sure, but I heard somewhere else btc guild mined it. I could be entirely full of shit.

I have no idea how to fill your request, but if I can I will... I would love that coin

Nah, you can't. Maybe you can ask Slush to do it and give the bitcoin to you as a reward for finding the block.

Was any message engraved after all? How can I view messages in blocks btw? Tongue

That's not what this was about. Tuxavant wanted the person or pool who mined the 210,000th block to sign his message with the key that owned the coinbase of that block.

Waiting for BTC Guild to get back at me and sign my text.

Waiting for BTC Guild to get back at me and sign my text. I really want this to happen.

Here's the magic key that earned the reward for 210,000.

Great idea. Let's mark a transitional step of the "no fees" currency with increased fees.

I bet 2 BTC for the exact same service, only with the following message:

"Spekulatius was here, watch: 'Bitcoin -The Documentary-'"

Same payment method.

My address to pay you from: 17VFj1zUxaRPx4raxyQybpfRgxM3HLsuYB

Sorry Tuxavant, its a great idea Wink

P.S.: Ill also accept a message in block # 209999 (last block with 50 BTC reward), same conditions.

You know you don't really have to up the price right? The owner of 210000 block can sign as many message as he watns. You are kinda being a dick and ruining it for the rest of us who want to make the offer for 1 BTC or maybe even less.  Grin Grin

I guess Ill have to read up on how that stuff actually works, will do that in about 10 hrs because its bed time now.
Cu in the morning!

why not ask to get coins from last 50 block ?

Depending on how the generated the block, the keys might not be clean and its a much bigger loss if they break the deal.

Our offers are not mutually exclusive. The key owner is just signing shit, so he can do it all day long for anyone who asks if he thinks its worth his time. I encourage anyone who wants a piece of history to make an offer.

I'd accept a signature from any zero input key in block 210,000.

I think the reward has to be much higher to get attention of a miner capable of getting that block.

How will he get what he wants if the block is found by Eligius or P2Pool? Wink

EDIT: Stephen beat me to it lol
