That is just another block explorer site, and what that page shows is just the details of block #326965. You found the page with google search because a few of the transactions in the block was sent from 17gH1u6VJwhVD9cWR59jfeinLMzag2GZ43.
I don't think it can give us any clue on the owner of the address.

I have only heard of bitmixer.io and bitcoinfog.com but I am not sure if they are legit.
Also, blockchain.info used to have a feature called "shared send" but has been removed.
Delete the last digit on that address and try to search again you will be surprised, it used to hold a large sum of BTC

It is pretty interesting to see there are lots of transactions in and out on that address and almost all of the transactions are 13.88 btc exactly.
You can't find out who own that adress , only thing you can do is trying to google that adress or part of it . and you may find the user of that adress on some forums or websites

This, the only way to find the owner of an address is if the owner has personal information linked to his address. Say, you google the address and he has the address attached to his real name, or something that can lead you to his real name. No inteligent person would do this so... chances are it's impossible.
