What you are telling me to do is check my balance. I purchased whole foods gift before and know how to use it. These codes that I got just doesn't work.
]The cards worked. The website is broken, you need to check on the phone number. I went to whole foods today, and have used them multiple times.

How exactly do we use this? After payment through payivy what do we receive ex. egift (card number and pin)? I understood the part were you wrote we can only check balance by phone.
Download the "GYFT" app to your mobile device and add the cards codes/pin to that app. It creates a mobile card with a barcode you show to the cashier that they can either type in or scan. The ONLY way to check the balance is by phone because their website has been broken. Despite the fact these cards "never die" I would suggest you check the balance right BEFORE going into the store just to avoid the possibility of embarrassment. While they might not die they may go into a vegetative state from which there is no recovery.

That does not mean the cards are bad. Their website is virtually non-functional. Call 866-936-2255 and check the balance there by punching in the numbers. DO NOT use website. I had same problem with another seller but all cards were good despite the fact website said they were not,

Sorry to hear you had this experience. I am another vendor of this same product and am proud to say that I have had no issues with my cards, both in my personal use as well as my friends' use. I have my own method of ensuring that both you receive your card with accurate balance, and that you don't have to deal with any registration or groundwork to use these cards. The only reason I am posting here is that I saw a complaint from one of the customers who had a bad experience, and though I understand why you may not want to order another Whole Foods gift card after having a bad experience here, I would be happy to help you. The gifr card worked with no problems... Only problem is whole foods is really really expensive lol.
