I'm giving the best chances and supporting Liverpool from the beginning of this topic, to win the final, but, if Ajax win the CL, I will be happy too, cause they are playing a marvelous football and those young guys deserve it

Hey while Barcelona and Liverpool are the obvious favourites I feel Ajax may just stun the world and win the Champions League. I know I’m being harsh on Tottenham by not even considering them in the contest, but I don’t feel they’ll make it to the finals. Also Ajax may not have the star studded lineup that other teams have, but they’re young and hungry to win the league in my opinion.
I agree Ajax has better chance of reaching the final then Spurs. Spurs will be missing Kane and Son in the first match and Ajax will surly test their defense. In the other game I give a small advantage to Barcelona since they have already secured the national league and have shown that they can win matches even when they are not playing so well which wasn't the case in previous seasons.

The coach is really ready to make a point and players are willing to go home with the cup. Let’s hope it favors them but I am not a great fan, my team is out and I am only taking them as an alternative favorite team.

After the recent results I will go for the outsiders.
I would gladly see a match between Tottenham and Ajax in the final and I hope that Ajax will be the winner of the Champions League. These guys deserves the title and a great career in football leagues that are very competitive.

Although being an ardent fan of Barcelona, i will give the Champion League title to Barcelona becasue of the type of games they have played since the league started, although Liverpool cannot be rule out of the winning but i give it to Barcelona.

I choose Liverpool although I am not too often to watch the games. I don't have any information about them, but I like them. I don't know with the other teams, but I am sure that each team will have the same opportunity and it depends on their strategy to win. With the solid player for every team, I guess that it will be difficult to predict the teams.

Barcelona and Liverpool have the good chance to lift the trophy this year, but unfortunately they have to beat each other in the semifinals. Although it's difficult to predict but I have a good feeling that Barcelona will be able to overcome Liverpool in the semifinals. Tottenham and Ajax are two teams that are able to reverse the predictions of most people and their achievements to date have been very good but Barcelona is a team with a myriad of achievements and have a winning mentality. The final match will be between Barcelona vs the winner of the other game, THP/Ajax, and Barcelona will be the champions.

Looks wide open to me, would put man city fav if they can win tonights game. Liverpool would be my 2nd fav and barca then ajax. Anyone can win though Ajax look great.
First, my favorite was Real Madrid, then Juventus, maybe I should just pick Ajax, they seem to be unstable. My favorite as It looks right now is Liverpool or Barcelona if I can pick 2 teams!

I think City would win due to having players with experience in the biggest games. You could flip that on its head though & say City have never won the CL & their players always choke in the latter stages of the CL.
Ajax are fearless, young players with nothing to lose. The fact that they disposed of Real & Juve is so impressive.

Two big games tonight, I’m fairly certain LFC will advance but I’m not sure about Man City vs Spurs, it could go either way especially because Spurs have the potential to get an away goal which would leave City needing to score 3.

If Ajax can play the same as they played yesterday against Juve and also against Real I think they definitely have a chance to reach the final and maybe even win it. But I just don't feel like they are capable of winning such a competition right now. Even if they reach the final they will play against Barcelona or Liverpool (most likely) and both of these teams have superstars that could make the difference.

Juventus has lost and the prediction of most voters, including me, has been wrong. Ajax once again made a surprise and qualified for the semifinals. And at the other game, Barca easily beat Manchester United and qualify for the semifinals.
I was surprised by the result on the game of Juventus, and I really looking for this team well, that’s how intense this league are. So many teams to beat, and still liverpool are on top so maybe i also need to watch this team much.
Liverpool have had a previous win with a good aggregate goal and will definitely fight Barca in the semifinals. If the surprise continues, then we will see Ajax vs Liverpool in the final match, but if the surprise doesn't exist anymore, I'm sure Man.C vc Barca will compete until the end. Jump to:
