Like you ! I also don't know the reasons why the prices of coins in the market are dropping, maybe I think it is of lacking of investors and lots of panic sellers, it's just an opinion of mine. For now, it is better for us to wait for the market to recover so that we can make profits and recover some of our losses.
As before, the price of a coin depends on the growth and fall of the bitcoin. He is the train that drives them with him. I believe that changes in this system are not expected to remain the same.

For example, we are seeing an increase in widespread acceptance of the blockchain which may be part of the reason for its price surge in the month of February.
The reason why all altcoins decline is because bitcoin prices are decreasing. I think the reason for the current decline is mainly manipulation. Bitcoin has become the bread of every investor in the world and many big people are afraid of losing control. Supply and demand also change because it goes down. In the world of cryptography there is nothing stable and you will not be able to predict its future .
I would like to believe that this is just a phase and we will all pass it soon. I am not scared by the dropping because I know a rising will come soon
There's too many factors that effect the price to say. Hopefully the bullrun starts soon though as some of the alts have dropped so much already.
It seems to me that the big players first began to pump the bitcoin with money, and after that they decided to take all their investments + investments from other participants.
Panic is the reason for the price fall mostly but now the price is falling due to bear market so the price may expected to rise at the back end of the year so hopefully price may rise at June or later.SO everyone hold their coins because we didn't lose anything until we sell our coins.
Yeah panic that market price may get low for more since once the market price fall it will relatively fall for more. Aside from that the real reason why all or most of the coins are dropping on its market price is that these coins are dependent on bitcoin and every time bitcoin fall then so does the other coins in the market.

I guess from around a lot of people won't know why all the coins have lost,maybe because the game of whale? ...
maybe also because of decreased demand? ...
maybe because of certain group games? ....
or could it be because trend is quiet?...
probably because the price of bitcoin and ethereum goes down so people sell their altcoin to switch to bitcoin or ethereum, and that's why altcoin prices go down, and bitcoin and ethereum prices go down because those who sell them panic when they see bitcoin and ethereum go down a bit and sell it straight away for fear it will not rise again (according to my prediction).
It maybe true but I agree with this. People tends to sells. Panic seller. They do not realize the real value they just think of the present they did not even realize that the future value of coins will rise. Bitcoin and ethereum are coins that on top, but probably it will help other coins to rise again.
I think the reason why most of the altcoins including the bitcoin drops their value is due to fake news about cryptocurrencies , it affects all the altcoins value. And also most of the governments of a most countries do not accept cryptocurrency specially to those countries in the third world. And most people dumping their coins in a low price that is why others follow.
Most of the time,I sit back to ask myself that why are all my coins are dropping with such an acceleration. I normally get answers which boils down to hodl and that is how crypto is.
It is undeniable that lately the price of crypto currencies has dropped dramatically and even many have become worthless. I analyze this situation influenced by the price of bitcoin as the king of crypto currencies. As a king of crypto currencies, bitcoin holds great control over the price of other crypto currencies. If the price of bitcoin decreases then surely the price of other crypto currencies also decreases, but if the price of bitcoin starts to improve then the price of other crypto currencies also follows the rise. This is the role of bitcoin which is still very potential because most of the public trust is attached to bitcoin.
