I think that now very little money is invested in the crypto-currency market, so I think that now the situation with crypto-currencies will be very difficult to develop, the more banks have bought out a lot of bitcoin
Becuse the price of bitcoin is dropping and people are afraid so they will sell what they have. After a while, they may calm down and buy in some coin again and they price will rise.
Well, it seems to me that not so long to wait and for a long time it seems that the month is sitting on the forum for people, and everything will be fine, and sales will continue.
There are many reasons for dump in prices as it is been witness currently! One major reason however is the unknown regulatory law, procedure or law as regard cryptocurency especially with regulators in the United State!
All coin is dropping because of dropping bitcoin price. Altcoin price up & down it depends on bitcoin stability. When bitcoin price is pumping or dumping both time all coin price is dropping.There are too some reasons to dropping price. Always comes FUD news and it affected to crypto market. Another reason is Crypto is China and Korea regulate the crypto currency.

If only altcoins are being paired with USDT and not by Bitcoin or Ethereum then crypto market will not be affected by FUDs of the few coins like Bitcoin and other top altcoins.
But Today, only few altcoins are being paired by USDT Tether due to Bitcoin's dominance in the Crypto Market.
There are rumors that USDT isn't backed by USD by some crypto enthusiasts.
Most likely, because altcoins are depending on the value of bitcoin though it is part of cryptocurrency but bitcoin is a dominant cryptocurrency with high value. So, while the bitcoin is going down its value, definitely the other coins will drop down its value and also it will not take a long time when the value of a coin is low, it will risen up later on.

Altcoins will eventually drops when Bitcoin drops because most of the altcoins are being paired with Bitcoin and not by USDT so when Bitcoin is affected by FUDs and fake news it will affect the whole crypto market in general market value capitalization.

I think simple, bitcoin price drops, all of coin follow to drop too and wait for bitcoin price is back to increase again. but in the drop of the price, we could buy a cheap price coins as much as we can because once the price increases, we can make a huge profit and I think every people right now is waiting this moment comes. so no matter if all coins are drop, I am sure it will be back to increase again although we don't know the time but we can make a prediction for this.
when BTC moves abnormally ALTs react, ALT_investors sell ALTs, buy BTC to get profit from BTC if rising... or sell for fiat to wait next appropriate dip point to buy BTC again,
Altcoin price decrease is not particular to altcoin or bitcoin. Many traded asset all over the world has different season of increase trade and decrease in trade. Altcoin season of sluggish trade is here and the investor will have to wait it out or else you sell at a loss.

that is the reason for me too. i think panic sellers cause that huge drop. though we are now at something stable.

There ar emany different reasons but the main one may be the banning of it in some countries. 
I don't know the real reason why all coins are dropping. All i know is it is normal in the market. And the price of any coin are not stable. And it keeps on moving.
Did you want them to always grow up? There will always be both growth and fall. And this is absolutely normal for the market. And not all fall, but only a few. After that there will be a big ascent

I agree. Since the most powerful coins are going down, some people are reacting to that and is limiting their usage and transactions of so many coins across the market. Since the reason why coins may gain value is the number of transactions it controls, many are going down right now because those transactions are focused on low valued coins and not on the high ones like Ethereum and Bitcoin. Also, I think that it's just a normal market move, as one asset goes up, less people can afford to invest in it, which makes it go down to attract more investments.
a high amount of money was drawn from the market. the flow of information to the crypto money market is constant. the money inflows decreased. therefore, this volume reduction affects altcoins.
I guess the reason was lunar new year of China and other Asia countries. All people withdraw money from their coins for their holiday.
