so any other voices?

It seems you are ignoring this post, and this is a fact that immediately refuses many people from your ANN:

Scam Project - Fake team and Plagiarized whitepaper. Changed details of website and team later to cover their tracks after being exposed
Like I said: just like 99.9% of all other "projects".

you started very bad and now it is difficult to correct. I am not going to read about your project, but you must change a manner of representing him.

...Its bad that probably none users bought UVU from bitcointalk and Its for me not good because its natural best place to advertise and get buyers.

Bitcointalk was the best place to get investors for your ICO but it was like this only until the begin of 2018.

I was an advisor for Investa ICO, they had a big bounty campaign running on Bitcointalk and this project is not a scam, only real business with multiple products that are already launched and during the ICO they didn't manage to get even a single investor form Bitcointalk forum. It was even hard to believe because in the bounty campaign there were thousands of participants.

What I want to say is, that if such a legit project as Investa was not able to get any investors from the Bitcointalk forum and struggled to get any attention, despite they did all that is possible to get it, what chances do you have OP when your project is additionally a scam?

ZERO CHANCES and that is why your ANN thread is death.

Thank You Sir for Your honest answer - the others got the same point view at this issue ?

@wwzsocki - what You suggest to us ? where I should search investors?

Hello.
I have some simple question.

How to bring people and real crypto enthusiasts to altcoin anouncement thread at bitcointalk , without any bounty or spam shi-t ?
I want bring users and build discussion about our project, but I dont know how.... Roll Eyes
Everytime when I post something new about project any update there is no more reply...
Just see, according to forum time (GMT+0) at the moment there are new posts or bumps in nearly 160 thread and that goes up to 5 page so you see yourself, it's very hard to gain attention there when threads are bumped over threads.
I think you need massive replies at the moment in order to catch high position in announcement section for some days and then maybe it will be easy for others to see your thread and as a result it may help you to get more replies without any effort. For this I think running advertisement on bitcointalk may be beneficial or paid article on medium or on cointelegraph, I don't know that well and can't give you particular suggestion but maybe worth to consider this.

Today we got 2 new users at our Announcement because 2 users bump it and I upload news. Its not bad but... it should be live discussion so its need more users than this. I think it should be like 1 post per 1 hour to keep it a live.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ccuniverse-ann-uvu-infrastructural-coin-crypto-atms-at-local-areas-5165726

and the real question is about the impact of announcement to market at exchange and potential buys - its even more harder than just bring disccussion to it.
This is too much for your expectation  1 post per hour you should have good community  to support your project to have that.
Price impact i dont think having a reply will increase the price of the project you have as i said commuinty support is what you are needed.

Yes I know unfrotunatley my community doesnt have many profiles here and I dont want to build some fake discussion because it maybe make me little crowd but doesnt impact on buying.

Its bad that probably none users bought UVU from bitcointalk and Its for me not good because its natural best place to advertise and get buyers.

Besides root causes from your project that don't catch attention of the others, there is another cause, bump score. It reduces bump effects on some boards (4 boards for now). The others might not see your topics at the top of boards immediately after you bump it. I see you bump your threads almost everyday.

For bump score effects and 4-target boards, please see: Bumping changes on some boards

Visually, the effects are like this

The answer is quite simple: you can't!

That's because thousands of others want the exact same thing: attention for their made-up coin/token that's going to disrupt the world and make everyone the creators very rich. Without knowing your "project", I can already by 99.9% sure it not interesting.
Could you provide an example that you've posted, if any?

it depends on what kind of attention you want your project to receive!
the solutions that were suggested here such as signature campaigns and advertisement are good for only getting attention for a short time and mostly only from those who you pay, not others.
others such as "crypto enthusiasts" that you claim you want, will only pay attention if the project is attention-worthy. my experience is that among hundreds of new project announcement i have checked out in the past 4-5 years only 1 or 2 had something interesting and the rest wasted my time. and i don't think i am alone in having this experience. there isn't any innovations going on anymore. instead there is only pump and dumps and for that there is no reason to check an announcement topic!
so if you want real attention then start innovating and create something really useful not a copy of something that was copied a thousand times.

You asked about why announcements are not attractive but you haven't posted in the Altcoins (Announcements) - Tokens board for UVU yet.

I also checked the team and it looks like you don't have any marketing guy on board yet. Maybe try to hire one to help you out. Check tk808's services

Unfortunately, there's simply so much bad cryptocurrency projects being created that people learned to ignore most projects(regardless if it makes sense or not). If you actually want traction, you need your project to be either 1) really really good(which I doubt it, no offense), or 2) have a huge backing from well-known entities(e.g. Andreessen Horowitz, whatever crypto hedge fund, etc). It surely will be difficult, but yea, that's the current state of the markets.

That means none interested in your project. You should try to join in the conversation between the members of bitcointalk. as someone above me said if you wanna do promotion and just create a thread that will be specifically discussed about your project on the speculation section of altcoin. I know this is the difficult part for a new project when it wanna attract the people to join in the conversation because people these days are only commenting about what things that makes them all feel interested with it.

There are lots of pages of active announcements, and even if your project is above par, it could still get buried under other threads. But ensure your product offers a unique value to the audience )potential customer)/

However, when marketing a product, the quality of the product is just a little part of it. The actual marketing is the main attraction.
The forum has means by which you can market your products and services.
-You can run a signature campaign (Signature Campaign Guidelines (read this before starting or joining a campaign)
-Alternately, you can pay the forum directly for signature space (publicity) Advertise on this forum - Round 294
Do not:
-Offer incentives for users to post on your thread
-Bump your thread more than once every 24 hours and delete old bumps.
-Use alt accounts to create fake discussions.

Your project needs interesting reasons for the users here to participate, to separate it from the shit
-Some users will wanna mine, is it PoW?
-Some will hate PoW and wanna stake, is it PoS?
-Some like fancy new techs, is it a privacy coin/token?  does it have real utility or a good use case?
People are used to just garbage being posted, and brush stuff off fast, give people a reason to get involved and they might! Smiley

The reply will be depend on the member if they are really interested in your project. Mostly developer use only announcement thread for update of the project  for communication its better to have telegram channel  not your ann thread.
